One of the best slaughtering houses in the valley. And their processed meat is spectacular pepperoni, jerky and summer sausage yum!

They do a good job overall. Many years ago 2014 there was a problem with the smoker and a bunch of pork got ruined. But was made good by them and the ranch. Only demerit is that they're old school enough that you might get a busy signal if you call at the wrong time. No voicemail in 2020!

Wouldn’t use this shop again. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t return phone calls. Don’t respond to web inquiries. Definitely don’t understand customer service.
