I attended the first live Sunday service since the COVID-19 pandemic began last weekend. Families were seated at least six feet from each other, and everyone was masked appropriately. Masks were provided for those who did not bring our own. The service was held outdoors in a beautiful pavilion. The pastor delivered a sermon that was both timely and timeless, giving hope in these difficult times. The music was stunningly beautiful, delivered by a single singer, but one who left us in tears of joy.
Beautiful church and friendly staff, I stopped here many a times while delivering in the area to grab some coffee or iced water. Nice relaxing place with inside and outside places to sit.
My daughter's family attends this church and preschool. When I'm in town I find it warm, inviting and a beautiful reflection of Christ's love in action.
I have such fond memories of attending St. Luke’s back in the mid-sixties when my family lived in Birmingham. I still have my little white prayer book.
My daughter is a teacher there. The pre- K program is the best! They have a beautiful church as well!
