Knowledgeable staff, generous pours, and good food. Has outdoor seating and is luckily a block away from the dense loudness of East Village. You can take your time, enjoy your company, and learn about and enjoy your sake.

Small space with more space now that outdoor seating is available. Great selection of sake and insightful recommendations from the staff. I really enjoyed the EVERLASTING ROOTS Junmai which was off menu, but recommended when looking for a slightly smokey sake. The CHICKEN KARAAGE had a tempura-like breading and nice ginger hint.

A cozy and small place with a variety of Japanese drink

Always a party coming here, intimate, warm, this place is a locals favorite. Simple tasting dishes, the spicy tuna and the steamed mushrooms are beyond amazing. The offer a wide sake menu as well.

Great laid back atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of Saké, plum wine, and Japanese beers. The bar tender was even cool enough to walk us through the right way to do sake bombs. It was great and we had a blast!

I regularly come purchasing some food in this place. I liked the swift service and well prepared food. Great work.

Awesome staff, food is super good and tasty, the buns are soft and delicious, meat or veggie! Cocktails are great and priced nicely. Great ambiance and hospitality. A little tight on busy nights but one you're in there it's great! Definitely coming back next time I'm in the city again! Go Austin and David!
