Saks OFF 5TH

Decent selection of men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories. Prices are on the higher end for discount stores. Lighting, shopping experience, and customer service is a bit dreary.

I read that this Saks OFF 5TH was damaged when violence came out of thin air in Aug 2020. They were innocent. I hope this location is more profitable than ever. Peace on earth

Nice store and friendly service but pretty expensive clothes i thought. Bought cool converse shoes and a Puma hoodie i really like though.

Yeah they have a decent inventory, I usually come & shop for coats .. I was told I couldn’t bring more then one coat to the fitting room I as just shocked on how I was treated... Loss prevention kept following me around to the point the police were called.. Sucks when we have to live with discrimination when just want to shop !

Someone stole a package of mine that was sent from Saks Fifth Avenue and were able to return my stolen package at Saks OFF Fifth at this location with no ID or original payment method for a gift card. Now I'm being refused a refund. Unbelievable!

Nice store considering there aren’t many downtown anymore. But the selection is sparse. I got a good deal on a shirt but I’d much rather go to the location in Eagan outlets

Has very cute clothes but not in bigger sizes unfortunately. A bit more on the spendy side.
