I talked to Alex on the phone about a super specific fit, size & color of denim, and even though the store didn’t have them in stock they were able to give me a good recommendation on where to find them. I’ve always been super impressed by the service & product knowledge of the employees at the uptown location, and this just added to it :
This store and I have the biggest love hate relationship because they usually have some of the trendiest pieces that I want but the prices usually massacre my wallet, and I end up not really coming out with that much lol. Staff always look the part and they are pretty nice.... Just make sure to always check out the clearance cause you never know what might end up there!
very hip interior and nice selection, everything to be expected from an urban. what was really amazing was the staff-- my friend and I were worried about walking back to a parking garage by ourselves because we had been harassed by the same random guy twice walking around uptown; we informed the staff and one of them walked back with us. It was so kind of them and my friend and I are really grateful.
The clothes are amazing and are constantly updated. The books at the front of the store are great for distracting my fiance while I shop. I couldnt say anything about urban outfitters without mentioning the service. They are great at helping me find great new clothes and directing me to their sale items.
Nice clothing with good quality and solid prices. I wouldn't recommend buying anything here except for the clothing. Multiple of the items like Bluetooth speakers and headphones just fall apart. Other than that, funny and comical designs on the shirts make it one of my favorite places to shop.
I love contemporary apparel and this place always has the next big trend- before it's trendy.everything is very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. A great experience overall.
Maybe I'm just old I am or maybe I'm just too fat again, I am but, in my fat and old opinion, this place makes it clear that "cool" clothes are no longer being offered in human-being sizes. XL=M, L=S and it gets into baby gap sizes fairly quickly after that. If you're not 16, or trying desperately to be cool, give it a pass. Shame tho, because some of the styles are genuinely neat.
The fashions are easily found at Goodwill and customer service is okay, even though I wasn't greeted. Big store however and nice layout for the most part.
Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is highly unethical. They redline accounts, are racists, and prejudice. If you’re not familiar, redlining, is an extremely illegal and unethical business practice that involves blocking certain races and people who live in lower class areas from ordering and being a customer to them. Their customer service is a joke in a half...if you want to chat with snobby 16 year old girls, give their customer service line a ring. I enjoy a lot of things this company offers but lets be honest, you get get all the same kind of stuff for half the price at other stores or places online.
Living in Uptown, I absolutely love this store. Out of all of the stores I have been too, they have the most clothing. The employees are very nice and helpful, and this store also has the most variation in the items they sell.
