Delicious!!! Hands down, My sons got spicy miso ramen and tempura udon, I ordered umami yakisoba it could be different name.., all tasted OMG delicious. Our lunch altogether was less than $ 45, reasonable at this era, and great volume!! The employees were caring and patient. I had my 1 year old also, they were very patient with her and I felt no pressure, I got not even one look while she was getting a bit wild and screaming. They had a couple of high chairs, clean and the dining area is spacious. They made my lunch with my kiddos stress free, delicious and relaxing! I had to go to the consulate of general today with my kiddos. I drove long to get there, I was frustrated. I was expecting to go to some fast food drive- through to fill my boys stomach... Yuck but I'm so glad that I stopped by this restaurant with my wild kiddos instead. I thank them so much and I recommend anyone, even a frustrated mom with wild and hungry kids, to run here for great Japanese foods. Umami yakisoba was ummmmm so good!!!
This place had so much variety and was exactly what I was looking for. All of their ramens looked so delicious, but I ultimately went with their chicken soba which was the perfect thing to have on the chilly night I went in. Adding some chili flakes to my soba gave it the punch I needed. Their takoyaki was also amazing! It looked so cool with the bonito flakes and had a sauce that worked so well with the octopus. Definitely will come again to try something new!
Sakura House may not look like much from the outside but they deliver. It's a low-key spot, with good service. Do not cnplain about wait times as they cook food to order. My Karaage chicken was flavorful and very moist I hate that word haha. My Negi ramen was really good but it wasn't spicy. The broth was tasty, my sliced chashu was good, and the noodles were tasty as well. I'm glad I found this spot, I will definitely be back. Features: Workers had masks on
It's a bit out of the way, and it's more of a hole in the wall, but Sakura House does deliver the goods. Nested between a plaza and an Asian market, Sakura House is host of good service and really good food in an unfussy atmosphere. The lunch bento box is deceptively filling, and the food was fresh and well-made! A solid Japanese joint by downtown Denver, especially if you are dropping by the neighboring market.
Wonderful little spot tucked away in Sakura Square. Tight kitchen hours means it's not open late, but it's worth the trouble. Everyone loved their dishes, we got the takoyaki, gyoza, tonkatsu ramen, saba shio & yakiniku set dinners. No alcohol, just soft drinks and tea.
Authentic Japanese Ramen and karaage. Love it, lovely Japanese lady, quick service and great food. Best karaage I had for last five years.
Great spot for traditional Japanese favorites. Authentic, delicious, & priced well.
Sakura House has some of the best Japanese food in the entire state, in my personal opinion. It's a hole in the wall, so it's never crowded to the point of not being able to get your food. The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and you'll absolutely get your money's worth if you eat here.Food: 5/5
I tried the tendon tempura don. As a Japanese-American person, I can say it was very close to what I'd get back home. The batter was crunchy and not too greasey nor too thick. The shrimp was "bouncey". The veggies tasted fresh and I was able to taste each of the distinctive flavors of it. I will most definitely be coming back whenever I am in the area to try more new dishes
Food is very good. Servers are friendly. Definitely a good place to get some authentic Japanese food. Got the Chicken Katsu Curry. Very tasty
