Came here for the first time yesterday with my family and this sushi spot is THE SPOT to go to. If you're a sushi enthusiast and love some good fresh fish come here. The presentation of each plate that was brought out were esthetically pleasing to the eye. Almost to pretty to eat. The sake selection was good too. They had the White Stag sake that I love and the cocktails they had were amazing too. For the price that the sushi was worth it was more than worth it! The experience with my family was fenominal. The service was on point and everyone was playing their part to keep the restaurant flowing and making the environment enjoyable to dine in at. 10/10 sushi spot. Can't wait to be back again!
Came here with hardly any expectations, but wow this place blew me away! From the drinks to the sushi rolls my mouth was full of unforgettable flavors. You will not regret stopping here, great service and even better food. Wonderful outdoor area; nice ambience. Best sushi spot I been too hands down.
First time trying Bamboo on account of it’s claim to serve sustainable fish and to branch out in the Denver sushi scene. Awesome aesthetic and ambiance with some really nice pieces of artwork around the restaurant. Fish was fresh an tasty, esp. the unicorn roll. The chicken karaage was PERFECT, and the black cod was also quite good. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Would def come back!
We had such a wonderful experience here. The service was exceptional. Our server Kat went above and beyond for us and was very considerate and mindful of my food allergies. The spicy salmon crispy rice was incredible and the nigiri and sashimi was fresh and beautifully accented with interesting zest and flavors I've never experienced before. I can't say enough great things about Bamboo. I also loved the wallpaper of their staff out on fishing expeditions. I can't wait to come back.
Is very good. The Green Machine is unique and excellent and has a cool freshness. If I return I would likely stick to that one. The Friday the 13th okay but didn't have that satisfaction that sushi normally has for me. The sesame black brownie was exceptional and brownies is something I am particular about.
I felt they used too much lemon grass and I could taste it in every dish. The restaurant was nice but the tables were so close together it was hard not to pay attention to the tables conversation next to us. Our waitress was lovely but the food was nothing to go to back for.
Incredible sushi! I'll have to go back. The ambiance is also one of the best I've seen in Denver for Sushi places. It is modern and chic. They served a Macha dessert that was incredible, and their happy hour goes all the way until 6pm. So, we got some good deals as well.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
We were first timers at Bamboo Sushi, but that definitely will not be the last. Hands down the most flavorful sushi I’ve had in Denver, maybe even my whole life. You can pick up on every ingredient put into each roll. It was phenomenal. Every bite just melted in your mouth.. so fresh. From the second we walked in the door until we walked out, we had a wonderful experience! The service was also fantastic. Our waitress, Chelsea, was so helpful with picking the perfect drinks, entree and rolls. I had the Sake Sangria, highly recommend. We got the King Salmon sashimi special, chicken karaage, unicorn roll, ocean farmer roll, green machine roll and Friday the 13th roll. 10/10 experience, and we will be back… tomorrow!
While visiting Denver we happened upon this gem. The food was amazing, tasty and included ingredients we don’t usually see at a sushi restaurant. Highly recommend the spicy edamame and ribeye….the Friday the 13th and Chasing dragon were definitely yummy!!! Shout out to Kelsey, she pre-warned us they were short staffed but we didn’t even notice as everything came out shortly after we ordered
This place is incredible! The patio is perfecttt for a summer evening they have heaters too and the sushi is really great! Their kitchen is almost entirely gluten free! It’s so nice to be able to order tempura without feeling bad after! They also had an great flourless brownie! We got the shrimp tempura for starters - I have never experienced a shrimp so buttery and soft and delicious! We got a garlic butter crab nigiri and salmon nigiri that were pretty good. The shining star of the night was definitely the vegetarian Green Monster Roll! The sauce it was in was delicious and all the veggies inside mixed together made for the perfect crunch! I actually had been here the week prior and came back specifically to get this roll again. Both times I’ve been our waitress was awesome and super helpful! I made reservations both times, and didn’t have a wait either time. This is going to become a new go to place for me! Definitely had to leave a 5 star review for them!
