I wish I would have posted this sooner!! Dr. Afshar is the best Doctor I have ever met! I have seen him for over 2 years for autoimmune diseases such as Lupus and several other conditions. My labs were all high when I met him and I felt debilitated, I wanted to go the natural way bc I didn’t want to be on steroids and plaquenil my entire life! Within 6 months to a year working diligently with him my labs started to come down to normal levels, just had my blood work done last week and labs have gone down even more to were it has been indeterminate levels. I Occasionally would have flares due to stress and other reasons and he helps you and works through them with you, he also gives you tools to help prevent them from getting worse or things to do when you start to feel one coming on! He is super thorough, extremely respectable, personable and genuinely whole heartedly CARES for you! He takes his time to discuss and educate you on topics related to you and your health! He is a wealth of knowledge and helps you every step of the way! He has taken great care of my family and has been helping my mother reverse her diabetes and hypertension! If I could give him a 10 star rating I would! He is an amazing doctor and it is a blessing, privilege and honor as a patient to work with someone that is so gifted in what he does! We Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor! My family and I Love Dr. A!

Dr. Afshar is an exceptional physician. He not only spent the time to understand my case, but has worked with me over two years to help me get to a better mental and emotional state. I had a team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Therapists and I am very appreciative of them, but no one helped me regain my life back like Dr. Afshar did. He explained the gut-brain axis to me and how the body works together. He went in depth about how implementing lifestyle changes and diet changes can have a profound effect on my mental health and he was absolutely right. We peeled back at all the issues month by month and slowly I started feeling like my old self. My gastrointestinal problems went away, my acne got better, I lost some weight, I have remained hospital free, and feel like I can move forward in my life without fear that my mental and emotional health will keep me back. The food intolerance evaluation and the food allergy and sensitivity labs really helped him come up with the best nutritional recommendation for me. He is a genius in my books and is the kindest person you will ever meet. He truly cares about his patients and will go above and beyond. He demonstrated that to me over these two years. I am indebted to him for life.

Dr. A is the most patient and caring doctor I’ve ever met. He spent over 2 hours with me during my consultation, listening to my health issues. He takes time to explain to me about my treatment and he’s quick to reply to my messages. I’m grateful to have Dr. A as my doctor.

Dr. Afshar is an exceptional doctor, his approach has helped me understand how mental health is affected by many different aspects of your day-to-day life. Many traditional Doctors will label you with a certain condition and medicate you for that condition, Health Care should not be a "one size fits all" mindset! Dr. Afshar provided me with a detailed plan to get me off of the heavy SSRI's I was taking and supported me every step of the way. If you are looking for a Doctor that truly has your best interest at heart look no further.

I first saw Dr. Afshar about two months ago. My goal was to become healthier and to possibly lose some weight along the way. I was so shocked that he spent so much time with me to fully understand my medical history and mindset. This was by far the longest any doctor has spent with me in an appointment. I instantly felt I was the center of his focus, he wasn’t running around seeing other patients, and that I was sitting in front of someone who truly cared about my concerns. He was so thorough! I ended up getting a food intolerance test and he ordered some lab work for me. He also recommended some great supplements that have increased my energy. I also am now taking a probiotic that he recommended which has helped with my digestion as well! I like that he looks at the entire body and not just one area. You can truly feel comfortable asking questions. He is honest and trustworthy. Overall, I am very pleased with this doctor and will be continuing my care with him.

Dr. Afshar is such a compassionate and kind doctor! He gets to the root of the problem by spending quality time with his patients and taking a full history and intake to create a thorough treatment plan. He has been integral in many people's journey to a healthy life. He is a rarity and deserves all the recognition he can get! Such a gem and so refreshing to see a provider like him!

We have been under the care of Dr. Afshar for a few years now and have received nothing but the best. He has helped us with anything ranging from standard medical issues to more complex issues. Where other doctors stopped Dr. Afshar went the extra mile not only in finding a successful solution but also explaining the cause of the problem. Dr Asfar is excellent. He is a doctor that really listens and focuses on the cause instead of just treating the symptoms. He explains throughly so can follow the protocol and tells you what is to be expected. And he is practical. He helped me with a number of issues that I could not seem to get the proper focus in traditional medicine and because of this,my health is better, but I'm also much more informed!

Dr. Campbell has worked with me for about 11 years. She helped me heal my chronic reflux and sinus infections, she helped me improve my bone density, and to keep me off antibiotics.She helped me understand how foods affect my body and how I can maintain my health. She is a doctor and a teacher and cares about her patients. Best investment I ever made in regards to my health!
