Horrible customer service. I went in looking for a supplement. The guy didn't even hear me correctly at first and immediately said "no, we don't have it", then he asked me what I had said and I repeated the name of it and still said that they didn't have it. He did not offer me any alternative product or asked me what I needed it for. I guess he was too busy at the phone. It was 1 PM. I was the only customer. Took my business across the street at GNC.

I recommend this place so much that even after moving out of state I still purchase everything from them. DQ has always been very knowledgeable, personable, and gives the best recommendations based on your individual goal.

Drew is the BEST, period. He’s been a great buddy and wonderful consultant for my workout routines and nutritions, and even personal lives This Height location has everything you could think of and more. Besides Drew, all the other staff members are amazing as well. Even if I’ve moved away from Houston for about 6 months, I still order from them frequently. It is definitely much better than any other chain stores you could think of.

Friendly employee Ryan, i think welcomed me as soon as i walked in the door. I was there for a specific product, and he directed me to it without trying to upsell. He also had great advice on how to use it and even gave me a sample of a product that would enhance the product i was purchasing. They're locally owned and run. Great store and i will definitely return!!

I’ve been going here since they first opened back in 2012 and was one of their first customers. What is the reason I keep coming back? It’s because they always have what I need and introduce me to new items on the market. They are super knowledgeable and understand the science behind what they sale. You can’t find a better all around supplement shop in H-Town.

I come to Houston once a year and I always seem to run in to great people. This place is definitely one of those times. The staff were great and it was a overall welcoming vibe.

After having a sketchy experience with the Total Nutrition in College Station, I told myself I would never buy from this franchise again. But I dropped by here to buy a protein bar after my workout at the LA Fitness across the street and I have to say, this shop is legit. The staff here, honest and friendly. Informative with real facts, so if you need a fact check from what other stores are telling you just for you to buy their supplements, just come here and they’ll be honest with you. Definitely my go-to spot for my supplements. Drew, keep up the good work! You are one funny man
