SALAMA CHIROPRACTIC CENTER

I absolutely LOVE the Salama Oak Ridge location. Dr. Boudreau is amazing at what he does and is always polite, professional and gets to know his patients. They are always willing to work with me if I need an urgent visit due to a migraine and Hannah and Jasmine at the front desk are sweet hearts.

Pleasant front desk staff, very accommodating and got me in the same day, reasonable pricing, and a great, friendly, effective chiropractor. Will be going back next week!

I didn't have a problem with the doctor, but the young lady at the front, I believe her name is Kelly, she was very rude. All I did was request my medical records to be sent to another doctor, which I have the right to do. When I called to follow up to make sure my records were sent, she went on and on about how these records were irrelevant and Salama Chiropractic is not making any recommendations or referring me to this other doctor. I said all I need is to just have my records sent, that's all I need. She continued with the same thing over and over again, about these records are irrelevant. She even call the doctor that I asked my records to be faxed to and told them Salama wasn't referring me to him. They told her, my primary physician was the doctor referring me to this specialist, and they need the records, that was completely wrong of Salama . All she had to do was fax the copies. First of all they are my records, and if I ask for them, all you should do is send them, end of story. For that reason I will never, ever go back to the Oakridge location.

Excellent service. I feel great after adjustments. Dr. B takes the time and effort to fix the joints and muscles rather than adjust and send you on your way.

Upon relocating to Greensboro, NC and working with a new company; a co-worker of mine recommended me to Salama Chiropractic and praised them for their great business. I took up my co-worker's referral and can say with certainty that I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. I've always been treated with open arms, the staff has a very genuine, interested approach that makes each visit pleasant. They've worked with me through both financial and scheduling conflicts and have never pressured me in any sense. I've had a great success with the doctor's plan and would recommend them to anyone.
