Well, I went totally confused 🦉 looking for something to paint my hair and Miss Tanisha was so helpful... She's an expert🏆 and answered all my questions. The manager should give her a rise in her paycheck, also Miss Sharon was there very busy 🥇and both so kind. ^_^ I recommend guys go there it's a nice place and it's not expensive :-D

Im glad to recommend this place, cause the people, in scpecific, Tanisha & Sharon they were so kind and nice when we bought dye hair.

I would give them Zero stars if that was an option! Very horrible customer service from both females working there. We were not welcomed when we walked into the store, and the lady checking us out had an attitude the whole time and refused to look up my sallys card. I can 100% definitely gaurentee I will Not be going back to this location!!

Both associates I encountered in this store were extremely rude and extremely not helpful. Nice location and building.

Now contrary to my review to Harvard, this location is very well run. The manager Leslie is absolutely amazing and nice. Working underneath her was amazing, she gives everyone a chance to exceed and learn. If your a customer she and her girls will definitely get exactly what you need and or something better. They also welcome everyone coming in and say goodbye to guests leaving. They are sometimes very busy so if it takes awhile for them to get to you be assured they will! They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I love this location and highly recommend it to everyone that asks! It may be a little bit more of a drive but it is well worth the experience! Very professional.
