Sally Beauty

As a local stylist, trips to Sally's Beauty Supply are frequent. The staff is always friendly and eager to offer assistance when guidance is needed. The team members at the Hot Springs location have a thorough understanding of the retail offered by Sally's Beauty and are also knowledgeable of the corporations in charge of production. I have been consistently pleased and impressed with the results of products recommended by the SB associates and have grown to trust the staff's opinions implicitly. They know their business! The main reason I look forward to shopping in Sally's, however, is due to the sincere smiles, superior customer service skills and upbeat attitudes guaranteed from each team member. Thank you, ladies! It really is a pleasure.

I guess this is not the only time this store has been locked up before the actual closing time! I went there the day before yesterday to get a single packet of red out that costs 99 cents. Sadly Ulta doesn't carry this product so Sally is the go to place. I will say this...The girls that work here at this location are friendly, but when it comes time to stop in 15 to 20 minutes for a quick in and out purchase, you may as well hang it up! You will not be let in, nor will they acknowledge you while you stand there in the cold rain! I don't know who owns this particular place or who the area manager is, but I believe it would have to start there to get positive results with keeping the doors open until the actual closing time. This is an A-Typical issue among some retail stores where lazy I want to leave early every day employees are allowed to operate the locking mechanisms! Yes, I said it. These folks are nice, but lazy. An employee hired to work at a retail location is required to keep those doors open until the actual time unless it is an emergency! Hello! I went to Bryant to get my products after this last episode. It is a long way to drive from Hot Springs to there, but definitely worth it. If this location doesn't have something on a shelf they actually will look in the stock room for additional product, unlike the Hot Springs location. I think a house cleaning or some retraining may be in order!

I find it very satisfying that I can't grab something last minute because the door is locked and the two lovely ladies that watch me jump out to grab the one thing I need just walk away and pretend not to notice as they flip out the lights and as I sit here writing I have the pleasure of seeing one come back up and grab what she left in such a hurry. This is not the first time this has happened, this is the most last minute I've been, in the past it was nearly 15 minutes before closing time and the door was locked. I've never worked in a place that allowed the doors to be locked before the minute we closed. It's tacky and I am tired of seeing so much laziness tolerated.

I know you have to give a star to review.This store gets a ZERO. The Sales person was not where I could easily find her and when I did find her she was deep in conversation with a woman and I politely interrupted so as to locate what I went in for. She was rude and said she was BUSY but I did get her to tell me where the product was. Ended up I just left it on the counter at the register because she was BUSY.Zero Customer service

The workers here are very nice and good at connecting with customers. They seem to know their stuff very well!
