Very unhappy with my service today! I have been shopping this store for a very long time and never until til today I felt as disappointed. I went in after leaving the nail salon next door, because I saw that there was a “sale” on some items I buy frequently from this particular store. Just to add , this store has not been reliably stocked since opening up fully from the pandemic. I asked the clerk for some assistance with an item, she went to check and they didn’t have it. So my items that I already had were sitting on the counter. As we went back to check out, a man just walked in for a return and she slid my items to the side and told me “oh he’s just here for a return and I’ll be back with you “ , she walked away with him and left me standing there to wait! In a GREAT deal of feeling wronged as the next customer, I walked out to avoid disturbance!! That was not right and I am not happy going back there even IF it’s convenient to my place of business! Respect and the right “principles “ go a looong way when you are running a business.
Had a very pleasant experience after the other Sally's store I just left that was horrible. Jasline and I probably spelled that wrong helped me and she was so courteous, professional, and overall pleasant to speak with. Thank you Jasline!
I was greeted when I entered. That's pretty much the end of the pleasantries. An item I wanted came up for the wrong price. I was told clearance items were an additional 50% off so she was going to take half off of what it rang up as. Ummm. No!! I was never made aware of the sale so I went back to browse again. While looking, another exceptionally pleasant customer entered. The cashier stared at her to the point the customer even said, "I won't bother you anymore." I got to the register, she didn't fix my incorrectly priced item. When I pointed it out, she took this overdramatic breath as if I were killing her. I'm not used to this pathetic kind of treatment at Sally Beauty. Unless you're desperately in need of an item because they are stocked which is why I gave two stars just shop elsewhere.
So at the South Tryon Sallysonce again another review for this store this woman at the register todaypale ,small,dark hair with glasses told me I cant exchange without a receipt before even asking if I had 1. I find that funny if that actually is a new policy like she says since when I came in a week ago they could find my purchase with my card so she told me she will do it this 1 time. You sure will do it this 1 time because I'm done with Sally's. She says it's a new rule n they won't be accepting returns that are opened....Also she tried to get rid of my 5$ off coupon before seeing if it was an even exchange which it was. I will be ordering online directly from the company's that sell the products I need.
This is a very nice Sally Beauty to shop at. The employees are very nice and go out of there way to make sure I am always taken care of. I continue to come back to this location because of the new management and the new staff.
On some products that can be a bit overpriced... By the time they price compare I would have found it elsewhere for a better price! It could be just my luck but they always seem to run out of the more popular items....
If I could give this location a negative star I would! Gail or if that’s her real name the store “manager” was very rude and unprofessional! I’ll never visit this run down location again
There’s a girl that works there in the morning she’s seems Hispanic. And she is the sweetest young lady I’ve come across to recently . And very helpful.
Starting to see Sally's has little to no training from one location to the next. Slack customer service at this location.
