Sally Beauty Supply

Horrible service. This is my local Sally’s and i have had to purchase two Gelish LED lamps for a defective plug. This time I simply asked for an exchanges and the store rep called customer service but they couldn’t find my Sally Beauty purchase. The young lady said that her manager was available to talk to. The regional manager raised her voice at me in front of customers and when I raised my voice back, she told me that she’s going to have to ask me to leave for raising my voice and that the customers were her witness. I simply replied that my voice was no louder than hers. Another customer that was in the store told the store rep that her manager was the one raising her voice initially. I won’t shop here again. There’s not a option for no stars!

It was not a surprise cause everytime a go there the staff is always pleasant and helpful and the beauty of this beauty store is whatever I need and ask for they always have it in stock.

This was my 2nd Sally's because of the 4 for$20 sale. Limited stock. The clerks didn't have much information with the products other than what sells.

Nice and organized. Most of the time they have nice and very helpful people. I try to go there during off peak hours. Good sale specials.

What a decession of this place I am a regular customer and I went for some products when she arrived at the checkout to pay, the cashier designed me that if I want or get a bag it would cost 50 cents I stayed wow I have never paid for a bag in a store before. I had to go with my products in hand I do not think I will return to this place anymore

Great workers. I go there almost every other weekend for hair dye. The workers are always happy to help.
