I couldn't get a good read of her nametag but the woman with short curly black hair working around 3pm today was super helpful! She helped me find products to help keep curls in my hair and was very kind! Give her a raise, she deserves it!

I dunno why everyone's getting mad at the old lady who's the owner. She's quite nice actually. Now, she really doesn't give good advice on products. If you have questions, I'd ask the other girls there. But they are all really nice. The products are good too.

If you want exceptional customer service ....... bypass this store!

Every time I've been here everyone has been very nice and helpful. As a previous review says, they are under new management. I always get the help and attention I need.
