Excellent and attentive staff. My mother has been through all stages of continuous care at Whitney Place/Beaumont, and my father spent the final two months of his life at Beaumont. The staff has been a great support, particularly since I do not live in the area. They e-mail me or call me with regular updates and we coordinate on my mother’s care with periodic phone conferences. I would particularly like to commend nurse Joelle Fahe-Lambergs and hospice nurses Suellen Diller and Kristy Morin, as well as social worker Connie Mabli. Natasha Grossfeld brings great joy and comfort to my mother with her music therapy. She and the staff make a point of bringing my mother to attend the many lovely music recitals. The staff respects my mother’s independence, even as she declines, and always tries to bring out the best in her. -Nancy Morrison
The staff at Beaumont in Westborough are consistently patient and kind to residents and always friendly to visitors. My family and I visit frequently and always welcomed warmly everywhere from the front desk to the dining room. Stephanie with the maintenance department has helped my mother on numerous occasions - patiently ensuring that pictures are hung for her, helping her get her television mounted strategically so that she can see it. Also, special thanks to Julio her aide on the second floor who treats her with dignity and kindness no matter what her needs are. In addition, I witnessed Julio literally running into action when there was a medical emergency on the hall one day while I was visiting - the entire staff responded quickly, but Julio immediately jumped in to help and all staff members acted so quickly that the the crisis at hand was averted due to the immediate response by staff. Thank you for building such a caring and compassionate community.
I would like to recognize Nurse Karen Chevalier, one of your Hospice Nurse team members in the Northborough Beaumont facility, as an excellent employee and care giver for my Mom. Since last February Karen has worked with my Mom in providing her with the care she needs to make her comfortable during her end of life needs with dementia. Karen is always available for any questions I have had and also provides me every week with updates via phone or messaging concerning my Mom's healthcare. I hope that you will recognize Karen for the terrific work she has done and is doing for the needs of all of your residents. Thank you Karen
I would like to give special thanks to the aides and staff members who consistently go beyond the job requirements to make my father's stay at Whitney Place better. Specifically, I really appreciate that Diane, Kelly and Bernadette look after my father and let me know any improvements that can be made. Also, Regina in the dining hall is always friendly and on top of things.
Duvi, May, Elizabeth, and Margaret have all taken wonderful care of our father. They always show kindness and compassion towards him and he always looks clean and well bathed. They communicate his needs to us and we always feel his needs are being met. They each have a very clear understanding and knowledge of Alzheimer's disease which is so helpful for answering our questions. These four women all work at Whitney Place in Natick. They are excellent care takers!

My mother is a resident at Whitney Place in Sharon. She had no previous experience with assisted living. Being new to the community and no relationships with anyone in the community mom was welcomed by a member of the waitstaff during her first meal in the dining room. Sharon Nash went out of her way to see to it that mom was comfortable in her new surroundings and sat mom with people she knew would make mom feel welcome and at ease. Obviously Sharon is well versed at her occupation as mom still has all meals with the friends Sharon introduced her to as well as the newbies that arrive with that look of oh-oh! Sharon Nash is a perfect example of what compassion is and what makes Whitney Place rock. Wayne Bowen
Whitney place in Westborough has a wonderful caring staff that helps Mom 24 hours a day. She has the freedom to be independent and the support around when she needs it. There is one aid named Lucy who I feel is the gold standard. Whenever I visit, Mom and the group are at their best. Lucy is always pleasant and willing to listen to any concerns or questions I have. Whitney in Westborough has become a wonderful family addition for us.

Kelly Wilder is my Father-in-laws visiting nurse twice a week at his home in Northboro , MA.Kelly is based out of the 5 Lyman St Westboro MA location. Kelly has been a great help to my father-in-law in changing his bandages and keeping his medications in order. She is a very positive person and lightens up his day. She is very experienced in her nursing skills but takes the time to explain what she is doing and how my father-in-law can help himself the rest of the week. According to my father-in-law Ms. Wilder's efforts have been outstanding and he is very grateful that Kelly Wilder has been his visiting nurse. He has told me several times that Ms. Wilder deserves the highest reviews for her professional and very caring service as a visiting nurse.
