The Residence at Valley Farm

My mother was released from a three week stay in rehab with a broken shoulder. She was too weak to go home and could not be by herself. She was able to stay at Valley Farm for a 30 day respite stay. She required assistance going to meals and personal care. Everyone at Valley Farm was attentive to all her needs. I cannot say enough about the care she received. In addition, the food is the best, rivaling top restaurants in the Metro West area. Due the the great care and food, my mother's condition improved significantly. A wonderful facility.

The Residence at Valley Farm is absolutely perfect for my parents. Everyone on staff is happy, compassionate, up beat and always there with a smile. This is evident when you see how happy the residents are. If you asked my parents what they would change, they would smile and say nothing. The food is always fresh, healthy and delicious. My parents are friends with everyone, love the activities (many to choose from), and are made to feel special. The BEST part of all is when my parents go for their neurology evaluation and the MD believes that their environment has proved to increase overall cognition and happiness which he usually doesn't see in Alzheimer's patient.

Valley Farm has been a great fit for my dad and our family. We spent a fair amount of time looking at different places. From the moment I walked into Valley Farm and met a few of the staff and a few of the residents, I knew it was the right place for us. It is a warm and caring community. From the management team that is always there to help make it even better, to the team that provides care for my dad day to day, to the team that fills his days with activities and events, to the maintenance and grounds crew that keep the place humming, to the dining room staff and in particular the amazing high school kids who help him plan and serve his meals!

We moved our Mom to Valley Farm in June after looking at a number of assisted living facilities in the area. It has been a great choice with their conscientious staff, terrific facility and excellent food. It's great to know she's in a safe and caring place.

My mother has been at Valley Farm for one year now. The people and facility are fantastic. So glad we chose this place for her. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is safe and happy.
