Salon Bella Dama

When I came to Salon Bella Dama I wasn’t sure what to expect. This was my first time getting my hair colored professionally and I was a little nervous. When I came in the Salon was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Everyone had on Mask and I was seated immediately. They asked me what I wanted and as a Team they made it happen. Chantelle finished me off and my hair has never looked so beautiful. I love it !!! Great Job Ladies!!! August 2020

Cute style but not worth all the bs that came with it. Imani did my hair. Unprofessional. She didn’t text back when I asked what type of hair to get. She said she called for a deposit but she didn’t so when I came to my appointment she was not there. Actually nobody was there so I was standing outside. The receptionist came and she was very nice and she contacted Imani because her phone was apparently off. I paid the deposit and rescheduled for a later time. Prior to my appointment She said I needed a closure for a quick weave bob so she recommended I buy one from her website. I was going to ask which one to get but she didn’t text back in time so instead I sufficed for a lace closure that was 2x the price. It also wasn’t the same hair texture or color. I’m not too familiar with closures so I wanted her to offer the best option available instead she was kinda rude “let me know before I start braiding” I hate stylist like this which is why I always do my own hair but I use to work next door and my friend got her hair done with Imani so I wanted to give it a chance. She sat me under the dryer and started doing another girl that worked there, hair. By that time my dryer cut off so I’m just sitting there irritated. I kept my patience because I know how it can be when you’re multitasking. Overall beautiful salon just bad service and a rude hairstylist. My edges have so many pus filled red bumps from her braiding too tight. During the hairstyle It didn’t feel tight so I didn’t say anything. Overtime is when the irritation occurred. Weird energy weird hair experience overall. Seems like a great salon the other stylist were energetic I just wouldn’t book Imani again

I only have good things to say! I recently relocated to Atlanta and Salon Bella Dama was highly recommended from a friend. I booked an appointment and have been going consistently for 3 months. I got microlinks for the first time and fell in love! The prices are reasonable and fair. My hair is regaining its strength. Chantelle is professional and personable. She is experienced, but always looking for ways to perfect her craft. Shoutout to Imani and Twin too! They not only took care of my hair, but they also helped me get acclimated to the city. Amelia Asali is incredibly talented and professional. She did my hair for my wedding, and I could not have been happier with the result. She gave great suggestions and was not afraid to stop and try something else during the hair trial. I really appreciated how hard Amelia worked to bring my hair vision to life, and the results were gorgeous and perfect. Thank you, Amelia!

Although it has been a year ago I had my hair done, it still leaves me with a bad feeling. At the time I went I was very excited to go to this salon because I had been following the owner on IG for awhile. The experience I had has nothing to do with Chantelle because she’s a good beautician. Now as far as the woman that did my hair, that’s a no for me. She was a nice person but not to do my hair. My hair was shedding badly and I don’t believe she gave me a protein treatment. I had to do my own hair 2 days later because it looked horrible. I paid $200 for nothing. Now I go to a salon that explains everything about my hair and my hair is healthy.

Very professional stylists who are very attentive to your hair care needs. I love my girl Holly who has been my stylist for nearly 4 years and she lays down the "do", from color treatment to beautiful styles that fit my personality and face!!! Everyone is super friendly and I wouldn't dare consider any other salon. The owner Chantal & her stylists believe in pure honesty and will make sure that you don't leave looking a hot mess. It is important to be able to trust your stylist who incorporates every aspect of helping one maintain healthy looking hair. These ladies are truly awesome!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here! I went for the 1st time about 2 weeks ago and the salon was very clean! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I made an appointment with Holly and once I sat down she approached me by my name and that’s a small detail that I LOVED that a lot of stylists don’t do! Also I didn’t have to wait, they assisted me RIGHT when I walked in, unlike other places that make you wait like an hour even though you made an appointment. But Holly was very knowledgeable and gentle with my hair, I did kind of a big chop and I LOVED IT! Got so many compliments on it! And something I also loved was that the girl that washed my hair wasn’t all over the place like wetting my face and having water run down my shirt or anything like that! This is honestly THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

First let me just say, the salon is beautifully welcoming. I chose Holly for my daughter and I, and I don’t regret it one bit! She’s very knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. I am particularly pleased when a stylist is willing to share information on products, and educate on home care in between visits. Holly encompasses the full package of a professional hair stylist. I cannot fail to acknowledge her assistant cannot remember her name, nonetheless, a good shampoo makes or breaks my ENTIRE visit; this young lady has blessed hands! We’ve received non-stop compliments about our hair. Overall my experiences with Salon Bella Dama have been awesome!!

I used to come all the time and have Victoria do my hair and she was great. She got my blowout so smooth it looked like a silk press. However, she is no longer available for booking so I scheduled an appointment with Holly and had a bad experience. She had her assistant who is still in beauty school do my hair; she didn't touch my head once. My appointment was at 8am and she didn't show up in the salon until after 9 when she proceeded to work on another person's hair. The assistant who blew out my hair did not do it well; there were damp patches on my scalp that were still curly and not dry. My sister scheduled a coloring service with Chantel and she had a similar experience where an assistant colored her hair and not the stylist she scheduled with. I wish I knew what salon Victoria went to so I could follow her there.
