Very satisfied customer!!! It was my very first time at Jatel today and I showed some images to Tyler Of how I wanted my hair to be styled. I am beyond thankful and very happy so amazed! I have a lot of hair and it used to be very heavy and it also looked very heavy and now it’s totally changed. It is very light and “soft”! Thank you!

I wanted to cut my hair short and make my hair color darker. Tyler did low lights and after we discussed what I wanted, he cut it and my hair looks amazing. Tyler did an excellent job. I left feeling like a million bucks and when I got home, my husband said he loved it; the cut made me look younger. Whether you go to Tyler or anyone else at this salon, you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be returning to this salon. This is one of the best short women’s hair cuts I have ever had. Kumi understood how to cut and style hair based on head shape. Not all stylists are trained in this way. She also knew great techniques to texturize and style short hair. She was quick and made the process seem so easy! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

A totally unpretentious place with a very competent staff. Harumi did a great job listening to what I wanted, resulting in a great haircut for me as well as a great deal of satisfaction.
