Just got back from getting my haircut. My stylist was Alison and she was absolutely Amazing! I Recommend her! I was greeted at the door, started my appointment right at 4:15, very gentle when washing and brushing my hair, answers any questions I had, made me feel super comfortable, and was very nice. Thank you!

A few ladies recommended this place on NextDoor App after someone reached out for recommendations. Being fairly new to Shawnee, I read the reviews on Yelp and Google. I called right away to set up an appointment. I was scheduled with the owner, Nancy. What a treat, Nancy was super sweet and really fun to talk to. I explained to her about my hair and told her how I haven't had a good haircut in a very long time. She explained to me why a certain cut was good for my type of hair, which I loved. I have now found my new stylist. She did an amazing job on my hair. What I also love, is that she didn't push any product on me like most salons do. Her salon is very clean and didn't make me feel like I was going to break something. Prices were very reasonable as well.

I've been going to Nancy Hall for about a year now. I decided to switch stylists after my prior one of 10 plus years damaged my hair due to repeatedly reapplying permananet color through the ends and using bleach for highlights.Hair was starting to look and feel like acyrllic due to the treatments and my hair turning white. He should have been running semi-perm instead. Schwartzkoph referred me to her because she is listed as a master colorist on their website. Nancy recommended Olaplex which quickly cleared most of the problem. I use it once a week to maintain the integrity of my hair and she has the ability to mix it in with the color treatments, but that hasn't been needed so far. Then, she used Swartzkoph semiperm color to run through my hair; it holds my red color much better than Redken or Wella, which I had heard from my cousin and is why I sought out a Schwartkoph colorist. Since then, she primarily uses developer on my roots and even uses developer for my highlights rather than bleach. My hair hasn't been in this good of shape for years. And the color looks fantastic.I'm also extremely happy with my haircuts and she styles well. Nancy and her staff also stay up to date on new trends and their training. My previous stylist did not and I have since learned my lesson. My advice is that if a stylist doesn't stay up to date on training and doesn't know about current treatments to properly maintain hair integrity is that you should run as fast as your feet can carry you. I'd definitely recommend Nancy for all of these reasons, but I would also feel comfortable going to the rest of the staff in the salon after watching them perform services on clients. Finally, I have to say for as qualified as she is that she keeps her pricing fairly reasonable for the Johnson County area. For a cut, color, and partial highlight, I pay about $125 before tip.

Went there for the first time to cut off a significant amount of hair and Shannon knew just what I wanted! She is extremely talented, and made me look AMAZING! Never going anywhere else from now on!

Shanon was amazing! From helping me select the right colors to the flattering cut everything was great. She has gained a lifetime customer!
