This feels like a nice and new Salsaritas. I went during a very busy lunch hour on a weekday. I go through the line very quickly, probably less than 3 minutes. Food was not bad. A bit cold for my liking but not too bad. It is very loud in the restaurant. My meal also seemed pretty expensive, but I’m sure this location has no control over that.
It's ok but not great. Not too flavorful. There a seating area outside in the back which is nice.
I've eaten dinner there on average once a week since it opened. It used to be great. Not so much any more. Today's burrito had almost no chicken, therefore no flavor. Half of the chips were small pieces of chips too small to dip in the salsa. The employees are still friendly as always, I guess management is behind the decrease in quality, trying to squeeze a little more out of the customer.
Prices on the menu are not correct how can you get 2 tacos plus chips drink for 8 but for three tacos you pay extra for the chips drink $15 also it said you could have anything on it your way I got charged for queso and guacamole that's false advertising by the restaurant. I hate when restaurants do this and charge for every single item just be straightforward. The staff is very nice and friendly
I read online that they would accommodate low carb diets by allowing you to substitute the rice and beans for extra meat. Manager was completely unhelpful and said I had to pay extra for double meat and/or guacamole even though I was skipping most of the other sides. Ended up paying $12 for half a bowl of food. Very disappointed and won’t be going back. Sometimes people should allow common sense to prevail.
Salsarita's has the best tacos, there a little stingy on the meat, but I'm addicted now. lol
Salsaritas has passed chipotle and Moe’s in my opinion. This location tends to get a ton of lunch traffic but they are always pretty efficient. Lots of seating inside and the food is always pretty fresh. People have always been nice to me which makes the experience that much better.
I paid for extra shrimp on my steak quesadilla they did not put steak on it. The steak they put on my nachos was dried out. I call about a refund and they say a manager will have to call me back and they never do it. Base off of what I did get the food is not worth the price.
On May 27, 2020, I phoned in an order for a mid-afternoon lunch. When I picked it up, there were 3 employees behind the counter working with the food. Two of the three had their face masks pulled down around their necks! I chided them for not wearing their masks and said maybe I shouldn't eat the food that they prepared. The woman who was ringing up my order shrugged and said she had not prepared my bag of food. Stay away! They obviously don't take health and sanitation seriously. I will never go back to this location.
Great food, I was first in the door last Thursday and everything was clean and fresh. The lady assembling my burrito unfortunately made a mistake despite me expressing precisely how I wanted it prior to the mistake. I sucked it up and just took it on the chin instead of asking her to throw it away and start new. Attention to detail is important in a customer service role.
