I have had two great experiences coming into this store and one completely terrible one. I test rode bikes twice at the store and on the third time I was told I was not welcome in the store anymore. They also said brother who came with me was not welcome either. This completely blindsided me as every interaction I had had was fun and pleasant. They said I broke one of these bikes and took it out for too long on my last visit. Neither issue was communicated before jumping to telling me I was not welcome in there store. Please work on communication. When you let people take a bike out let them know how long they should use it. I took mine around the block and then around the park. If that is to long please inform me before I take the bike. I would happily comply if you communicate 10 minutes tops or something. Communicate about the issue if there is one instead of jumping to me and anyone connected to me is unwelcome in your store. If I broke something bring that up and let's work it out. I felt attacked personally because you perceived I did something to your bike. When I asked what was broken and what was going on with it you just asked me to leave instead of talking about it. Communicate about an issue don't be aggressive to people. I want stores like this to succeed. I love shopping local and want small businesses like this to thrive. I have had some good experience here but they need to learn to communicate with people instead of jumping to conclusions that they are in the wrong. My brother his wife, my girlfriend and I all sold our cars recently and likely one of us if not all of us would have bought a bike here if they had not told us we are not welcome.
What a great experience! They were so helpful and patient! We found a great bike at a great price and they couldn’t have been more helpful and wonderful! Alya and Matt and Holly were the best. They even helped us load the bikes on our truck and strap it down!
Very knowledgeable. Great selection of Ebikes with mileage ranges far above what I've found looking for a good intro ride. Component quality extremely high. Super stoked I dropped by. Test rides with waver.
This place has been amazing! They assembled my Ride1Up bike for me and have helped me every time I’ve taken it back to them. The other day I was having problems with my shifter and they took it in and fixed it the same day. They even explained what was wrong so I could try and avoid the same issue. I will definitely be back when I have more problems with my bike
James did a great job with our tour. We had a blast. Highly recommend.
Waiting for the Balance of my refund for the defective EcoMotion I returned in May. $2198.10-$1823.60= $374.40-$278=96.40. I was hoping not to be charged $96.40 for the hassle I went through having to Test this bike over and over and having to return. You both agreed you would refund me while wishing me a Merry Christmas but I was expecting a Full Refund. I will do as agreed after it's Venmo'd to me. I appreciate it.
The first e-bike shop in SLC and still the best! Friendliest staff, giant selection, and they do lots of fun group rides for their customers. Hands down the best!
This is one of the best shops for cyclists in Salt Lake! They have a huge selection of bikes to buy or rent. The owners are experts in e-bike maintenance and know how to fix all sorts of issues. If you have a question or an issue, chances are they can answer it. They're also super friendly, helpful, and energetic. Renting an e-bike is a great way to experience the city. If you're like me and looking for a good way to commute, they hooked me up with a Pathfinder which is an ideal way to get to work. I'll be returning here often, I could not recommend highly enough!
Such a fun experience!! Matt was so friendly and nice and he was excited for us to have this experience. He told us about the good trails to go on, but we ended up just riding through the city, which was nice as well! The bikes are great and easy to use. They definitely make going up hills easier. : I would recommend this to anyone!
When COVID first hit my father and I were very bored. My father bought his bike from Specialized that was very overpriced. When we came here Matt was very helpful, giving us a great deal. If you are looking for an Ebike you should come here.
