I lost all files when my son accidentally deleted everything on my laptop when playing his game. Still not sure how he did that lol. The technician that help me was very professional and courteous. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing the correct terms or what exactly happened which I really appreciated. He kept me updated on the progress which was another thing i really liked. I was glad that over 98 percent of the files were saved, which is what I was hoping for. They retrieved all my files when I thought I had no way of getting them back; and their service was at an affordable price!!! Can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to recover data!
