I purchased the RC 505 from here, and am testing it out today to see how it performs! I’ve seen good reviews on it. One of the store managers, Andrew, was really helpful from when I called to inquire, and all the way through the transaction. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to assist me. Would recommend all Sam Ash locations and especially this one! The musicians working here are really intentional.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to explain the difference of each speaker and took the time to demo each one with me even playing my favorite song. That was a special touch which made me know that he was focused on ensuring that I get the best shopping experience.

I’m a complete novice and Andrew spent a lot of time answering my questions and giving advice. He then took the time to make sure my purchase guitarwas ready to play and showed me how to tune and care for it. A really positive and friendly experience. Highly recommend.
