Sam's Club

We signed a new membership for $8 4th of July special today instead of renewing a previous one for $45. This location remains readily stocked but the employees are always upfront talking... and aren't always eager to help. The savings on gas is definitely worth a membership but discounts for renewals should be provided as well. I love trying limited edition flavors!

Although I didn't spend but less than 20 minutes in Sam's club. The store and products looked fresh. For that reason I plan to go back soon and take a better look around,

Allison at the forest Dr. location went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today! Her gorgeous smile and EXCELLENT customer service was beyond any words I could fathom. She was amazing to me, even on a very busy Saturday before Christmas Happy Holidays!!!

I use scan and go and scanned a box of Ritz crackers it took it but obviously did not pick the price up. When we got to the girl at the door and she discovered it was not on the list as bought she acted like a crazy woman. I explained I did scan it and tried again twice only to find out it wasn’t going onto the shopping cart. She made no apologies for her rude behavior but threw the crackers into an empty cart there in the area. Sorry for person that purchases them as they will be broken crackers as hard as they landed. First bad experience with Sams

I had a pleasant experience at the café today, I called in to place a huge order for 10 pizzas. I spoke with Shakita she was very professional, polite, and patient. Once I arrived, Ketyra took a payment and Monique package my order. I would rate the overall experience 10/10 I will definitely be coming back, keep up the good work. The pizzas were delicious

I seem to always find better value when I have a need to check in on a often purchased item from other box stores. Lately my value purchases has occurred in the personal hygene and over the counter meds.

Sam's Club on Forest Drive has a wide array of products, including electronics, cleaning supplies, alcohol, food, clothing, tires, medical supplies, and books. It features a cafe area with beverages and cooked food. Unfortunately, it is subpar quality food, despite a pleasing appearance. I ate pizza that tasted of fake cheese and doughy crust. Steer clear of the cafe for now, and get your food stores.

We love shopping at Sam's! The scan and go feature in the app makes my visits quick and convenient! Great products!

I like Sam’s, but PLEASE clean the bathrooms. Gross. Obviously no one cares. Also, your Mediterranean Salad used to be so good. The last couple times it was not. The person who is preparing it need to learn a lessor two about preparing salads. The kale was cut horrible and had nothing but stems. I had to trash it, that’s how bad it was. It’s not okay that management doesn’t care. I’m sorry, but I had to remove more stars. Yiur bathrooms on forest drive in climb is SC are horrible. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Update: Now has the Fancy Feast cat food in stock again. Love early morning member shopping and self checkout. Disappointed they did not have the original brats I bought a little over a week ago. They were what a brats should be. Love the 5% cash back on gas using the plus card for gas purchases anywhere.
