Fort Jackson Commissary

Random, but in case anyone was wondering, the BAKING soda is not in the aisle labeled BAKING needs. It's in the aisle labeled BARBECUE SAUCE. Yeah... No idea who came up with that blunder. Wasted 20 minutes trying to figure that out.

Good Commissary. However. They seem to always are missiing items. The hours are great

The best commissary of any military installation I've been on. Well organized, friendly staff that treat you like friends and family instead of patrons and customers. Food is always fresh with great prices.

It's not that often I'm able to come to the commissary and shop but when I can I load up because of the Great bargains they have for the Active Duty, Retired and so forth.

Not the best commissary I’ve shopped at, but it’s not horrible either. I think it could actually be a little bigger. The employees are always helpful and most times I find what I need without having to go to another store.

Customer service at the deli has something to be desired. you practically have to fight to get somebody's attention to serve you. Also, there is one check out clerk that would rather the lines get long in other lanes, rather than break the rule and have somebody come through the express lane. Really had me angry on Dec 26
