I'm behind 9 people waiting to check out. There's even more of a line in self checkout. The largest retailer in the world surely has a system to predict demand. Why aren't there enough lanes open. #ridiculous.
It is easily accessible to all, especially the individuals with physical challenges can easily enjoy their shopping experience here, with a variety of provisions like an assistant available for visually impaire, the motorized shopping carts for old and physically challenged etc. They do have a vast variety of items available. For me it's like an A to Z store.
I've came from my doctors appointment at the Prisma Health Family Medicine. Came to Wal-Mart Supercenter on Garners Ferry Road in East & Southeast Columbia, S.C. Went in and I noticed the last limited edition Krispy Kreme Mini Crullers Cinnamon Coffee Cake flavor was there on the shelf by it's self waiting and me to get it before someone else's grabs it. Also went as well for groceries and found everything I needed so I want have to stop at the Walmart Supercenter in Orangeburg. Thank you Walmart Supercenter on Garners Ferry Road and God bless you all!!!!
Today's visit like 8 out of 10 visits regularly, there are very little staff on the check out register. Today around 5:00pm only one register was open. All but one of the self checkout was working. I counted 19 separate customers in the self checkout line. Every other customer looking at each other, loudly asking what's going on, saying they need to open more cashiers lines. Talk continued, one lady took out her phone camera and start recording. I had been in line 10 minutes or more with little moving forward. At this time customers had one long line leading to the one cashier and the self checkout line, now all in one with confusion and frustration. I got out the line loosing my spot to talk to the manager. After 3 minutes she came with a mike in her hand. We talked and she stated, she was calling for help. At customer service I asked for the manager and asked why at least 11 people were in and between toys and the garden center puting up Christmas decor, with no help at the cashier ... Management needs to do better and soon ...
Can't believe that they only had 2 cashier's open. I had a large amount of groceries so I couldn't go to self check. People behind me in line giving me dirty looks because I shop for the month. Then they don't have half the items your looking for. No lunch meat except ham but I don't do pork. They honestly need to shut down. If you don't have enough employees or food products, what good are you. It's just getting worst.
Walmart is expensive.. you get good deals. Fast check out if you're doing self Check out that is. I dig shopping online as well there is more variety of different things you can buy and at a reasonable price.
They never have anything open but self check out and it's always backed up from the food area all the way to the other side of the store. Then when you looks for someone who works here, they are either on their phones watching tik tok. I have photos and video to show that. And it's not just this one time. It's all the time. They are always on their phone instead of doing their job.
It's a payday weekend during the holiday season and Walmart has only 1 cashier working the register at 4 in the afternoon. The self checkout is backed up nearly to the pharmacy. Whoever the front end manager or store manager is, should be fired. There were at least 4 associates walking around socializing with each other while the line just got longer. I'm so disgusted with their customer service or lack thereof and it seems like there isn't anything anyone can do. I'll reach out to the district manager and to Corporate if I have to but this needs to stop.
This is possibly the worst store I have ever been in. It lacks cleanliness, always empty shelves, rotten produce still out for sale and terrible customer service..including management. It must be the easiest place to work as they dont do Anything. It only gets a 1 rating for being convenient to the hotel i was staying for months..yeah we tried to give the store every benefit but it never got better.
Worst walmart I've ever been too. Could not get any help I. The auto department to get a headlight staff was rude when asked if anyone could help. Ended up having to go to the walmart on Forest Dr. To get a headlight bulb. And they also stop letting customers enter 30 minutes before close. 10 minutes is understandable but a whole 30 minutes is ridiculous I was not able to get diapers for my baby for that reason !!!
