Ross Dress for Less

It's okay. I just wish they kept the store a little neater. I know it's the holidays and people are all over the store but this seems to be the norm when I do go there. And I don't like to struggle when I'm shopping.

This store had tons of pet supplies and we enjoyed going through them and shopping for clothes too. Not as much for home as I would have liked but each store has their niche of what they have more of. Overall decent variety of apparel and pet and homegoods. Good location and bathrooms on the main floor.

The Ross I went to in Columbia S.C. didn't have anything I like that's why I put one star. I love to shop at Ross department stores but that particular store wasn't a fit for me.

I love shopping here. The cashiers were working very fast. It was very busy the day I when.

Clean good selection. But not much if your shopping for clothes on the big and tall size

Can always find what I am looking for. Prices are great and customer service I'd great.

It needs to be more stocked and up to date, especially in the area of ​​shoes.

Everytime I go to Ross I can find something cool, neat & reasonably priced. It depends on the time of day here for how crowded it is! The cashier and staff are ok but some look uninterested in being there!
