I ordered my items the day before and the app said it’ll generally be ready in two hours. Three hours went by and it was still not ready. Matter of fact, it wasn’t ready until 7am the next morning. It was only two tiny items and it took 10 hours. I drove to pick up my items after receiving the email and there were no parking spots. The app told me to wait nearby and have my blinkers on. I did, and waited an hour. Nothing. Then a spot became available and had to wait for another hour. Part of the problem is with so many orders, only one person was outside initially, and even though she had another person come out to help, it wasn’t enough. There didn’t seem to be a system for them to utilize prioritizing issuing the items to first come first serve. Also, people shouldn’t park in “drive up” spots and go shopping. Had their been some type of enforcement, it might’ve helped alleviate the workers trying to find vehicles all over since no one picking up can find parking.
The ease of using the app and driving up to pick up my order within two hours. If an item isn’t stock then I am provided options. Great experience and I will continue to use drive up service.
The new layout is rather ugly and feels more disorganized than before. They recently started playing loud music in the store and it sucks-- can't hear people around me properly. Maybe the music is enjoyable for others, but honesty it made my experience worse.
Ordered a laptop that went on sale. I ordered online so I can grab and go.I get there after the 2 hours no laptop. Had to go in the back and buy it and cancel my order while being pushed to the back so other people could get help. Only good thing I can say is that the cashier was AMAZING... This has been dropping the ball lately, no happy.
Great store, brand new easier to navigate layout of the aisles. App was accurate on where everything I wanted was at in the store and so were the shelf stock item counts in the app. Very friendly staff. I'll be back soon
Worst drive up delivery I could image. When I was notified that my item was ready for pick-up I arrived to find customers who had been sitting in their cars waiting for up to an hour. I chose to go inside where the pick-up line was at least 40 customers deep. The employees were frazzled and one told me I had made the right decision to come inside. The drive -up customers had gotten out of their cars and starting going through the bags in the staging area. I was total chaos outside and inside with the employees. So sad that the employees had to deal with a mess created by the poor planning of Target corporate.
Very clean store. Reasonably decent parking. Good customer service and convenient location. And best of all, the shelves are well stocked!
Target on Garners Ferry in Columbia looks great after the reno. Employees are friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience, even during the busy time of the year.
Placed my order via the app and selected the drive-up option. Execution was flawless, and the employee was friendly.
This store is an utter disaster. There is stuff everywhere I have been shopping here for years. And this is by far the or worst store I have been in. Everything is everywhere the clothes or scattered about the shoes are scattered about the make up is scattered about there are boxes in all of the isles I can’t get my cart around it do you have people wandering everywhere yet no one is checking anybody out. I had to do self check out with $500 worth of items because you only had two people at the registers. Sorry target I’m not paying your prices when I can get treated like this at Walmart
