Sad day when u get to the front of the line at the Cafe and ask for a brownie sudae and the employee says sorry we are out of brownies. I am like that's weird...do u want me to go do the bakery that's just 5 rows over and get them because this should never happen in a big box store like this!! Really Sam's! Seems like some people are lazy or this item should be removed from the menu since brownies cannot be obtained when clearly there are plenty and abundant a few Isles away. Plus the employee was so happy sarcasm highest levelto be working I felt his pain and wanted to say quit now and move on. Lol be well and be safe out in the world.
Sam's Club is great! There was one thing I needed that they didn't have but otherwise I got everything else. The store was clean & organized & the associates were friendly & very helpful. Didn't have to wait in line. Used self-checkout. One thing didn't scan & they came over & took care of it right away
The store manager tonight 12/4/22 at the Eubank store was so helpful and kind. She jumped to help us locate the TV Fireplace stand we purchased online to ensure it matched a piece of furniture we had and changed the pickup from tomorrow to this evening. The store was about to close and she didn't skip a beat... She had it out to us in no time!
I come here often and the store is well run with an accommodating staff. My only issue is the lack of urgency amongst the cafe’ team. Whether it be lunch time, the evening, or any kind of rush a line will form and seem to move very slowly while the staff continue to chat and slowly prepare food. I’ve observed this several times as I stop in for food often and it always seems to be the same situation.
I love their new app as I can now skip the registers and pay on my own. Their snack bar is hit and miss. Some days the food taste good others it is better to skip. Overall it is a convenient grocer where I can rely on low prices for items I need in bulk.
I live alone and am severely handicap. There are but enough electric carts. I know carts get stolen. There are ways to make electric carts inoperable when they yra el outside a certain area. It is a real problem. Today was not too bad. There are times I wait I the vehicle till I can snatch one .
If I could give 0 stars I would. Out of all the dang registers they had only two were open. We waited for nearly an hr just to pay for our stuff. They are getting just like Walmart. Rediculous how long they make u wait to pay.
I just went to sams across the street from Towne Park where I live so I walked to buy 2 Pace Salsa Jars and I had with me a bag to carry my jars and the greeter at the door instead of saying hello in a very loud voice said that I could not go in with a bag and I had to have a cart which were none, so I got the cart then again the greeter said that I could not carry my bag, so I ask where does it say that? I never had this problem in 18 years and she said that is the new policy I keep asking why there is no sign or notice by email or on the website that I had just read to make sure that they had the salsa. and she did not now why so I asked for a manager and after waiting 5 minutes she showed up and she said that I had to leave the bag at C/S and pick it up after my purchase, why the greeter did no say that? then I had to wait another 8 minutes at C/S to be able to talk to a service attendant to keep my bag. I can understand why they dont want bags but Let the customers know ahead of time. So the customer will know what to do specially if we are walking in.
Use the scan and go in the Sam's app, a lot of the times it helps avoid the long check out lines, whether it be self check out, or cashier, scan and go is normally a lot faster!! Same for pumping gas!!
Is it only me or is anyone else sick of a packed parking lot with 10 unused "pickup only" spaces? Why do you insist on taking up premium parking spots for people who refuse to get out of their vehicle!?! Why do we have to walk farther when we want to go inside the store!?
