Worst experience I've ever had at a Costco, the employees at the door are very aggressive and it seems they've recently changed their entry and concession rules. I've been going to Costco my whole life but will never step inside this one again. It'll take a while before I'll feel comfortable going into any Costco store again. I was going to meet my family for dinner and shopping $$$ in planned purchases and went in to buy food before my card carrying husband and 3 little children arrived. I've never been asked to show a card while going in the exit, but was CHASED by an employee repeatedly telling me I couldn't come in and he was going to call security. I tried to wave him off because - how ridiculous is that? But he would not leave me alone. He literally made me cry. This is not okay. Big fail from Costco. Obviously there is a big miss in training and guidelines at this location. We'll be spending our money elsewhere thanks.
Great staff, well stocked, decent prices but some of the customers need to stop speeding through the parking lot. I’ve almost been hit a few times by impatient customers.
This is really going much better since COVID and I want to give it five stars but they just need to have a couple more people available when you can't find something. Overall service has improved and friendliness of staff has improved in the admin staff is great if you need something on your account. The storage kept cleaning I believe you can still find hand sanitizer or wipes if you really want them or need them for your shopping cart.
Such a different experience from my local Costco on Long Island, NY. This store seemed, by comparison, empty of customers, but full of products, and it was so easy to navigate around. In three visits there were NO waits at the checkout registers. A fabulous experience.
Super morning receiving crew. Very courteous, fast and professional. A great team you guys have here. I had a load of water to deliver, never been to this location before, and they treated me like an old friend. Top shelf people. Keep up the great work. Thank you. Mike.
I went to Costco this evening specifically because the glasses I got there about a year ago had broken. After a long wait at the glasses counter, I was told that they can't fix my glasses, nor do I have any kind of guarantee on them. I was handed the business card for a local "eyeglass doctor" and told to try him. The woman waiting behind me assured me he fixed her glasses while she waited, which is nice but made me wonder if breaking after a year is common with Costco glasses. All in all I felt brushed off and I came away still dealing with broken glasses. I usually really like Costco, but this experience wasn't a good one.
I purchased new glasses from the optical dept. The purchase experience was fine but not the pick up. The man that helped me when I picked them up should be fired. He could not be bothered to help me and did not even sit me down for the final fitting. The glasses are progressive bifocals which make this even more surprising. He looked at me and the glasses and decided that was good enough. The glasses did not sit properly for the bifocal portion of the lenses and the nose pads were never adjusted. Subsequently, a nose pad fell off and I had to pay another optomitrist to replace both so they matched. I made extra effort to use Costco for glasses but NO MORE! Terrible experience. Zero stars if I could.
Costco is great. It’s always clean, employees are helpful, and you can buy anything from mattresses to pickles to tubs of mayo bigger than my toddler. Returns are easy, too.
Angelo is the best! Helped me stay out of the dog house with my wife by finding block feta. Also hopped on the register to help with long lines. Made my night!!
We shop at Costco, everywhere Costco is.. my husband and I travel in our RV, often we do currently live in NM, but by far this Costco is the best, the representatives at the check out lines are the most friendly and serve with a smile!!! Thank you for making it a great experience for us!!
