I was very impressed with this place. I have not been here and over a decade and this place has so many bulk items. Everything was on sale. The place was clean, the employees or nice. Everything worked out just fine, very clean place, I was amazed
We like Sam's Club but this location is not that nice. It's under staffed at the check out and the line's are between 8 to 10 deep with customers waiting. The fresh fruit and vegetables are slim picking with very little variety. No strawberries, blueberries or blackberries. They have bananas, pineapple and a couple other fruit. They had potatoes, onions, peppers and tomatoes but that was pretty much the vegetable choice. We've visited this location 2 times since we've moved back to the area and it's really gone down. I will say that the staff has been friendly and helpful each time. I guess like most places it's hard to find workers but they really need to get help. This is one of the smaller stores and again, overall variety is not what you will find at this location. We have decided to start going to Costco from now on.
I always order for delivery once a month for at least $300 with a tip minimum $30. unfortunately, last week, the delivery guy did not even notify me that the boxes were dropped outside our office somewhere by the steps, and closed the delivery even with missing items. I have been calling the club multiple times yet they can only tell me they will call me back. A week passed, I called customer service and gave me refund on the items I did no receive. However, I cannot even get a refund on the tip that the driver does not deserve. this club should have done better with notifying the customer early if there are missing items and give time for customers to change tips after delivery depending on the quality of delivery.
Nice place to shopping but sometimes is really busy.
Today I have a delivery to this store. You will have to wait 20 minutes to check in. Several employees came out, then the manager, no one knows anything! There is one free door, but this does not mean that it is yours, because walmart trucks are given priority. And even if you have another delivery, they will not take it into account! The office is a complete mess, everywhere is dirty and the toilet does not work!!! How can you be happy with this service???
Jordan Snyder in the Hearing Department is a blessing! He patiently helped my elderly mom get fitted with the perfect set of hearing aides! It has made the difference of night and day. She loves her custom molded in the ear set! Mr. Snyder is very knowledgeable and worked hard to help our family as hearing is vital to allow my mom to experience life with her husband and family and function in their own home safely. Many thanks to you Jordan and the Hearing Center of Sam's in Indianapolis Rockville Road!
Very rude curbside people. Sam's Club sent a text to get your order. However, at this location, they don't do text even though they sent one. The employee talked to my wife but then canceled my order cause he couldn't find her. When asked about it. Rude service all the way around. Long hold times on the phone. Then, when my wife was trying to talk to the manager, she was cutting her off and would let her speak. My wife did drop the fbomb out of frustration with the manager, which she hung up. When I finally got some, they didn't care about loyalty and how long we been coming to Sam's. Instead, she was happy to see us leave and go to Costco. My membership is expiring soon. I'm not sure if I will come back after this.
Me and one other person has been in the customer service line for aver a half hour. I just need a temporary card. A manager came to help one of the workers and then she left and then about 5 min later the other lady left. This is the second time I have visited the customer service line. And on being hear at least a half hour even if you are next in line.
Went into the establishment alone on 12/31, so it’s pretty busy at checkout. As I approached the checkout, I took out several items and left several in the cart with barcode visibility. As I approached the cashier of 3 weeks, she informs me that I have to now empty out my entire cart, with a line down the aisle behind me. I was shocked as a Plus Card Member for years, because this rule was new for me and to even hold the line was impressive. However, the cashier was going to assist me but it was until, “the only Club in the city”, I may add, police officer just comes up and demands me to place all items on the belt. Now successfully prolonging the operation, I’m now unloading my cart by myself and the cashier is just WATCHING me and the cashier then ask me to renew my membership, Surprise, Ha! Worst experience for Sam’s Club, didn’t help me unload or load my cart, I’m not even sure if prices were correct or overcharged because I’m now doing the second job of loading the cart with my items. This location really needs to be inspected. There were all wrongs in this situation, all I could think was, Roz Brewer would NEVER!
Worst customer service. They refuse to do any extra work that has to be done. They choose the easiest option of saying no it is not possible. No we don't do it here, no u can't return it. I had to take the extra effort to call their online customer service and then got the job done
