Sam's Food Market

I recently moved into the neighborhood, which the city is working really had to clean it up. I would always go to the Family dollar across the street from sams food but their employees always have the rudest attitudes, the mice have ate everything, and there is always inventory blocking the isles. Not to mention their never being opened. So i walked across the street to Sams food market and decided to give them a try. The cashier was really nice and the store, while old was clean on the inside. They had almost every item as Family dollar and their prices were almost identical. I saw the chef in the back cooking and asked what they made, he showed me their menu, so i gave them a shot. I ordered some chicken wings and a Gyro. They make the food fresh as you order so i waited less then 10 minutes and got my food. It was surprisingly really good. Now i know East main street has had a bad rep in the past but it really is changing. I'd ask if you're reading this stop in to Sam's, and the surrounding local restaurants, and give them a try for yourself.

Wonderful staff amazing selection of snacks and drinks and a wonderful selection of hot foods and cold sandwiches. The wings are made to order so you can get them fresh and hot and if they don't have the the coffee already made they will make it for you and it will take about 5 minutes. A wonderful place to bring the kids because there's a huge selection of candy starting at only a nickel.

It is a drug dealers paradise, they go in and out all day long and the cops do nothing. There is litter all over the place that never gets cleaned up. It is a disgrace to Olde Towne East.

Drug area. Dangerous. They let seedy types hang out all day and night. Do not use this place.

This is a very Accomodating store.
