Sam's Place

Went there today and really enjoyed it. The ambience makes you feel very comfortable. As soon as you enter the way to greeted us cordially and was Very knowledgeable by the menu. Everything from the bread to the wine to the appetizers to the entrées was splendid. We definitely want to return. Would recommend.

Best Italian food in NYC!!! They treat you like family and the food is unbeatable.

I celebrated my PhD today in this great place. Well we had a great evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for this strong evening. The crew participated in a graceful way, the cooking was extremely good and my guests were extremely pleased. We shall surely come back again for more events. Thank you very much.

We love Sam's Place. Fantastic service, great Italian standards with their own touch. It's quant and homey... The waiter's are on top of their game and the maitre 'd rocks... Even remembered the wine we ordered on a prior visit and automatically brought it to the table .. talk about service.

Food here is consistent and the owner Max is a good guy, however, breadsticks need to be fresh.

This place is phenomenal! It’s the perfect date spot! The ambience is great, it’s nice and cozy. The veal porcini was mouth watering with a great wine list! the service was top-notch! I recommend this place to anyone looking for good Italian food in NYC. If you go, ask for Arian, he’s amazing!
