After meeting with and retaining several large firms, I had retained Samir to be the lead attorney for my complex business litigation immediately after my first consultation with him. In sharp contrast to my previous experience, Samir’s ability to listen, analyze, empathize and ultimately provide frank and candid feedback was instrumental to my case. Many attorneys understand the law and its application, but very few possess the passion and energy that Samir brings to a case. Even fewer combine that with a genuine and vested interest in your success. I can say so much more about Samir’s work ethic and his ability to guide and maintain perspective in what is usually an unpleasant experience, but I’ll end with this; there are many attorneys out there that will treat you like another case number. I have a Single Owner LLC and needed a number of documents and contracts created for my business. Sam and his team did a excellent job walking me through the process and answering all my questions. They took the time to get a full understanding of what I needed and made sure the contracts reflected that. Not having any legal knowhow whatsoever, when I was served at my home with a subpoena I immediately started assuming the worst case scenario for my family and our assets.
