Unfortunately the worse service and communication experienced. A lack of customer service in management and follow through process. Team Alamo should not earn the title of Team in its business name. An establishment that does not value installation or service. Next time I'll stick with a more well know establishment of service and value.

I had a broken windshield this past Saturday and Team Alamo Auto Glass was the only place that could take care of me within the hour as I was traveling through town. Let me just say these guys were not only super fast, friendly and professional, the price was excellent and better than expected! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their windshield replaced quickly, with top quality. They were even able to save my TxTag toll tag! Thank you!

Awesome folks at TEAM Auto Glass! The driver's side power window regulator broke in our company 2005 Ford E150 van, and the window would not stay up. Dealer wanted $450 to fix it. Called TEAM Auto Glass, and they quoted me a flat $75 for labor and $149 for the parts. They told me to come down immediately, and within 45 minutes it was done. This regulator was not easy either, it was riveted in. The rivets had to be drilled out and replaced with nuts & bolts. They ladies in the office are very nice and know their business.

My car was broken into and they smashed my window in. Came here the next day and they replaced it. Took only an hour and was fairly inexpensive. Great place.
