San Francisco Design

We always enjoy shopping for furniture at San Francisco design. We find unique furniture products that meet our design tastes. The service is always exceptional and this time was no exception. Camille was fabulous! She met all of our needs and her attention to detail enabled us to meet our critical delivery needs! Thank you!

Jen was very helpful in answering all my questions about the sofa that I selected! She showed me samples of the different colors of leather available, and the finish on the legs. I had a very enjoyable shopping experience in the store. Everyone made me feel welcome! I will definitely come back!

Jane Memmot provided outstanding customer service as follows: - Awareness of my budget - Proposed furniture and finishes in accordance with my taste and complimentary to the architecture of the home - Did not tell me what I wanted to hear, and instead provided sound and professional design advice, which is what I sought in an interior designer - Made multiple trips to my home to confirm the selections would be just right I will return to SF Design for my next furniture purchase. After working with Jane, I feel as though I have a friend for life.

We have had great customer service from San Fransisco Design, and especially dealing with Lynn. We purchased a Gamma Sectional and Lynn explained how it takes a couple of months for Gamma to build the sofa and ship it from Italy. The amount of time it took was within the time Lynn had explained to us. Then, upon delivery, one portion of the sectional would not fit down our stairs, and the delivery guys did their best, but bumped our wall. No worries though, the very next day, they had dismantled the sofa to fit down the stairs, re-assembled it, and fixed every minor cosmetic injury to perfection. Also, we ordered a contrast pillow, which was included free with our couch; however, Gamma sent us one that wasn't the contrasting color, it was the same leather as the sofa. I emailed Lynn, she recognized the minor error, and ordered the right pillow immediately. When the pillow came in, they had their delivery people bring it, instead of me going to the store to pick it up, and they let us keep the original pillow...Awesome! Many might think these things are normal, and obvious, but they aren't. Businesses are starting to lose the basic customer service principles, but not San Fransisco Design. These folks do it the right way. And our Gamma Sectional is Amazing...to look at, sit on, lay on, and to feel with your hands. In most things...you get what you pay for. Thanks Lynn and San Fransisco Design, we will be in again to buy more amazing products.

Kennesa Egan is very professional. She knows her products and made our shopping experience wonderful. I would highly recommend her as a salesperson and will use her again.

We couldn't be happier with the customer service and furniture we received from san Francisco Design. We were building a home and our completion date kept getting pushed out. They were so patient with keeping our items until our home was completed. Everything arrived timely and delivery was excellent.

Love love love this company!!! I really enjoyed working with the entire team to create the “boho chic with a dash of sexy modernism” in my home. Camille V. Nailed it every step of the way! What I love best, is she supported me in trusting my instincts. We came up with a great design for my living space. Now we’re moving on to designing the outdoor sitting area!

Camille was so great to work with me and showed me many different possibilities that I had never considered. She came out to my house on 3 different occasions to do measuring and give me some great ideas after seeing my space. I was especially impressed with her no pressure , willing to work with my style and how some of my furniture would fit with what I was looking at ordering. We valued her opinion and she helped us make decisions we were struggling with. If they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for in the showroom, she would research and find it for us. Loved our experience with San Francisco Design! Our design person, Catelyn, was involved and so helpful from the beginning, spending all the time necessary to talk through different options & get it right, even visiting our home to consider the space. The furniture itself turned out unbelievably beautiful & arrived faster than the promised time!! When one of our last items got a small ding during shipping, Rob came over & repaired the ding to beautiful in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!
