Haaga Mattress

I bought a mattress here about a week or two ago and had a great experience. There was only one worker in the Salt Lake store so I had to wait to be helped, but he was very friendly and willing to work with me. I wasn't planning on buying a mattress that day, but I got the price to a point where I couldn't refuse. I also got free delivery for that same day. The only drawback was the delivery was supposed to come between 6-7 and they showed up around 7:15. However, I wasn't too annoyed because the delivery guy was working alone and we've all been short handed here and there. Overall, I 100% would recommend giving these guys a shot! Great staff, greater prices!

Had an exceptional experience here! The Rep “Nate” ?I believe was very professional, helpful, and answered any questions I had about the products. Without being pushy at all I went in just looking at options, and left with a smile, ready to bring home my new mattress. Haaga has the best products for the best prices from all the mattress outlets I’ve been to! If you’re looking for a trustworthy guy, here is the place to go. I’ve had my mattress for 2 months and have yet to have any problems. The Rep recommended something that suited my needs perfectly and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I bought a twin mattress from this store and was very pleased with the customer service and with the product itself. The staff are knowledgeable, diligent, hard-working guys who will go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied. They deal with the public and with all the communication and scheduling issues of a busy, popular location with friendliness and dedication. This mattress store is not a big-box, big-ticket, big-chain outfit, but a locally-owned business that staffed by average, real people. There was a delay in my delivery, but basically it was just an easy misunderstanding and an example of the natural little glitches that make life not perfect. No big deal for me in our society were customer entitlement and customer-demand can sometimes morph into godlike-status. I found a bargain there, and I’m really glad. My best friend had bought her master bedroom mattress from Haaga’s and recommended them. With my purchase, the particular mattress I bought was for a daybed in an extra room. I didn't want to spend top-dollar, and I didn't want the least-expensive thing, so I bought one what was mid-price. I can't get over how really great it is. I feel like I got a really good deal, and I feel REALLY good about having this in a guest room for company I’m going to have. The manager there is an excellent businessman and helper of customers, and as I said before, all the staff are friendly. It's a great place for what you need!

I needed an adjustable base bed for my father in law. These guys have the best price in town, hands down. Sold us on a mattress too, was very very nice. Javier was the salesperson on the floor, and he also was the delivery person as well, so that was nice. He really went above and beyond on the delivery, and the sale itself was very low stress. I am only knocking off one star for the store's return policy, which is basically No returns, period. It's hard to know if you are going to like a bed by trying out one floor model for 15 minutes or less. And although they have a no exchanges policy, and we were told we could maybe get an exchange for an upgrade if we paid the price difference. . . they have such a small selection of mattresses I am not convinced it really makes up for it in today's mattress market, where pretty much every online retailer offers a minimum of 'try it 30 days and we'll take it back if you don't love it'. I would have taken off half a star, if that was an option, but alas. . . it's one or none. The mattress we got doesn't suck. He my father in law does use a mattress topper he already had on hand, and he seems to have adjusted to it. He likes the base a lot. But I would have felt more comfortable with a stronger return policy.

One of the Best aspects of Haagas is their helpful and fun salespeople both Danny and Brian. I met them a year and a half ago to buy a mattress for a rental and was so impressed with their helpfulness and pricing that I just bought another mattress this week for another rental property. The showroom is small and unimpressive yet, worth a drive buy to check out the inventory and get a price. I think the pricing is good and the employees fantastic. I will be back when I need another mattress and I hope both Danny and Brian are still there. Thanks Guys, Karen Porter

We've ordered 3 mattresses from this store over the years; we've enjoyed supporting a local business and the product has been high quality. However the third time we used them will be our last - they're disorganized, forgot our delivery date, and then delivered the wrong product. They have at least tried to make it right but the best descriptor of the experience I can say is "bumbling."

My mother and sisters desperately needed new mattresses. We went in and within 45 minutes, we had tried all of the matresses, spoke with the kind sales people, and were offered a fantastic deal with a comfortable payment plan making it so my sisters, my mom and dad were able to get new mattresses. They delivered my sisters same day too. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for helping my family out!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. If you look through all of the negative reviews on here, they literally all have the same problem. Delivery and customer service SUCK! We were supposed to have a bed frame delivered today because we are moving and wanted to take it to the new house. When we called today, we were told delivery was set for 8/1 and that I’d get a call back. No call back, no answering, etc. We’ve tried multiple times. This same thing happened to me when I ordered a mattress for my daughter a few months ago. Ridiculous! Don’t order from this company. They need to re evaluate how they treat customers.

I live around the corner from this store. I have been three times in the past week as I have to keep upgrading our beds. Great customer service and now they know me by name. I manage hotels and they always work with me on the pricing to upgrade our beds. If looking for a new nights comfortable sleep, go see these guys!!!! Your satisfaction is their number one goal!!!! I only give it one star because at least my son was able to pick up my mattress when I was promised delivery for the next day and Javier waived the delivery fee he said was $10. When it didn't show the next day at the delivery time, I called to find out why and I was told they only deliver on Fridays and delivery was $50 not $10 like I was told. And there were other issues and he would call me back, which he NEVER DID AND AVOIDED MY CALLS THE REST F THE DAY BUT... when my son called for me they answered the phone... Go figure... i left two messages telling them I wanted to cancel my contract. My son told them I wanted to cancel my contract. The guy on the phone said let me call you back. WHICH OF COURSE THEY NEVER RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL... My son went there during his work hours to talk to someone the next day. He picked up the mattress himself... I DON'T LIKE MY MATTRESS AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN... They should have at least returned my call that is the reason why i am giving them a low rating. Bad Customer service.
