The Warehouse- Salt Lake

I've bought several items from furniture warehouse using the snap credit they offer. 3/5 of the items I purchased are already broken! The drawers on my dresser, and coffee table don't sit flush with the cabinets anymore! And there's nothing I can do to fix it because it's particle board! I'm not even finished paying for the items! And of course the company isn't taking responsibility everything is "sold as is." Strangely the products in the show room didn't appear to be made of particle board, or have cheap sheen finishes. I've had to put contact paper over the surface to hide the material that tore after a week home. I DO NOT recommend this store.

So needed to update my review. Had a tough first impression but was impressed how Tom, the owner, reached out to me personally and we had a face to face where we both were able to sit and talk. Worked things out and am so excited to get our new mattress and adjustable frame this coming Wed. These guys are the best.

We bought a power reclining love seat from the warehouse in June 2020. I'll give them that getting us the couch was hard with the pandemic. A year later the reclining mechanism on one side broke. I spoke with some one at the store and they sent out a repair person. They looked at the issue took a sticker from the couch and said they would have to order something. That was back in August and we haven't had any further communication from them. Couch is sti broken and no relief in sight. I'm sure others have had good experiences but ours was not great.

Mike was great to deal with. Knows his stuff. Purchased a mattress and a platform bed. Great deal! In and out, no hassle. Highly recommended.

5 stars buy only because that's the allowed limit. Cannot say enough good things about this place. An institution in the community dedicated to bettering the lives of their customers without emptying their bank accounts. Good, decent people with unbeatable prices, phenomenal products, and impeccable unmatched service. We've furnish our home with luxurious pieces of the highest quality while only spending 1/5th what we would've elsewhere. Vidal Hederia and the Kearl family not only want and deserve your business but actually care about you before, during, and after/beyond the sale. If you're going somewhere else you're paying way too much, probably to a corporation rather than a small local business.

I just moved into my brother's home after he passed away. His mattress was only 2 years old but too soft for my back. I've heard advertisements on 1280/97.5 The Zone and went to check them out. They beat my budget limit by $1,000 and I walked out with a much firmer mattress. Customer service was awesome as well, which goes a long way in my book. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

When I came to pick up my couch they told me they had taken the motor out of one of the recliners and put it in another couch that someone had picked up that day. They told me they would order a new motor right away and install it for free ASAP. That was almost 8 months ago. I’ve been so patient. I’ve called several times to see what’s going on. They always say they’ll get back to me on that. They never do. This is ridiculous. Update: My recliner still hasn’t been fixed. Coming up on a year here since I was lied to and sold a defective recliner. It wasn’t missing a motor. It just didn’t work. Looking back, I remember the salesman told us to sit and tryout only one side of the sectional because the other side “wasn’t plugged in.” When I went to pick up the couch the salesman said they had removed the motor and put it in another couch, but he promised they would come replace it in a week or two. When the repair man finally came many months later, there had been a motor in the recliner the whole time. The recliner just doesn’t work. The original salesman is the owner’s brother. What was his game plan? The repair man is really nice. I especially appreciate his honesty. My recliner still doesn’t work because he didn’t have the parts. Not sure what the holdup is at the point.

They have a great selection of couches and other furniture, we had many options to choose from of the type of couches we were looking for. Jose was a super experienced and helpful salesman. We got an even further discount for buying more than one item during our visit.

Awesome service and great prices! Manager was awesome! Update!! Bedroom set was delivered! The foot board had several small scratches and the headboard had 4 big and very noticeable gashes in it. We were so disappointed so we called the manager and told him. Not only did he replace the items with brand new ones, he also delivered them and put it together himself! He even put it together better than the delivery guys did! Our new bedroom set is beautiful!! This manager deserves a raise!

Recently my wife and I went shopping for a new living room set. We have visited the well known chain stores in the area to get an idea about the quality and prices. Finally we visited the Warehouse in Salt Lake City, and this was the be best move we made. We purchased two sofas, loveseat, and recliner. All were top grain leather, and fully powered reclining seats and head rest. The price was great, and our experience with Matt and Mike were amazing. We will definitely recommend this place to our relatives and friends! We can’t thank you enough!
