Great prices on mattresses and accessories and fantastic customer service. Sam and everybody that works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to listen and explain what it is they think would work best for you and your family. There's no high pressure sales, no rushing of customers. They want you to be happy with your purchase for years to come. I've shopped there on more than one occasion and I will continue shopping there in the future.

I am a recent transplant to SLC and needed a new mattress after 15 years of a California King I had in California. I had several visits speaking with Ryan, who was articulate and no pressure of my decision. I chose the gel technology queen mattress and after two weeks, I was not sleeping at all. I spoke to Ryan at the SLC location and without hesitation, he suggested I try a different product, no questions asked. After three weeks, it just was not working for me. I usually can sleep anywhere, anytime on anything, That was not the case. The owner of the store, Mark came to my residence to discuss my thoughts and we decided I should go back to a classic mattress, which I was used to. Without hesitation, upsells, or concerns, my third mattress arrived ant is perfect. I shopped around and not only did I get personal, authentic attention, the prices were competitive, and probably less expensive than the competition. Having Mark, the owner came to my home, and the support from Ryan and Zach they were sincerely interested in making certain I was happy with my purchase. Buying a mattress is not a yearly purchase, like buying a car. Hands down, they were the ultimate customer service organization that I have seen in years. Without doubt, they are my only stop when I need additional mattresses when my kids come home from college.

I've had my hybrid king bed for 3 months now and I LOVE it! Not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. The salesman was very patient with me, encouraged me to try all the beds multiple times. The delivery was quick and the guys set it up for me perfectly. Great experience!

Great customer service, no pressure sales. Excellent selection of custom beds that are designed almost identical to the top brands but at a much more reasonable price. Of course they have the top brands as well but the custom 1s are awesome. All around a good experience with the 90day same as cash no credit inquiry etc. Highly Recommended!

We had such a great experience here when we had to buy a new set of box springs. Of the 4 or 5 other places we called, mattress Dealzz had the most inexpensive and quality box springs. When we got in the store we were greeted and helped immediately by Glenn who showed us a few potential options, got us checked out with the pair we chose, then got them loaded up and tied down for us all within about 12 minutes. Highly recommend shopping here for mattress or box spring needs.

I’ll never buy a mattress anywhere else. Everyone we met and worked with was sooo nice and helpful. They made buying a mattress so easy - and not to mention the great deals and prices. We went to pick our mattress up and it took less than 5 minutes to have it loaded in our car. We didn’t bring tie downs - and they even had it tied down for us in like 30 seconds. So impressed. Great people!! Super happy with Mattress Dealzz!!

Love this store! I bought my mattress six months ago. I still love it. Coils are still great. Plus they have a bunch of california king mattresses in stock. Delivered the next day! Will be back here again! I shopped around at all the big name stores. But, these guys were the best! Low key sales guys too. :

Excellent customer service!! Very kind and knowledgeable. They don't rush you, they genuinely care and want to make sure all your questions have been answered. It's not a very big store but it easily exceeds customers expectations in overall service and quality. They have a wide range and different selections in brand, style, type, size etc. etc. And not only do they deliver, for example a new mattress like they did mine but they also pick up any old one, all free of charge! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND**
