I would give zero stars if it was an option. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Worst range ever. Worst service ever. Called before hand just to make sure I could shoot my 5.56 AR pistol at this range and the range master on the phone said yes. I specifically stated "AR PISTOL chambered in 5.56", and he said "yes it was allowed" however, no steel core/casing/FMJ ammo allowed, so I asked if they had approved 5.56 ammo on site for sale. They said yes again. So after a 1hr drive down to the range, they tell me I apparently can't shoot my AR pistol even at the outdoor range because apparently "a pistol is inherently not as accurate as a rifle" and can't shoot it in the pistol range either because 5.56 is apparently too high of a caliber...are you serious? Get a grip. The 2 workers at the front desk were also borderline incompetent. One of them told me it's listed in the rules on their website that AR pistols aren't allowed at the range, but I specifically made sure to review the rules on their site very carefully and as mentioned above, even called in to ask and make sure before hand. Nothing on their site makes any mention at all about AR Pistols not being allowed. In fact, don't see a single mention of AR pistols at all. Purely incompetent staff and very rude and condescending when we were nothing but polite and courteous. One of the employees seemed slow and extremely confused as to what an AR Pistol was, and was perplexed at a pistol shooting 5.56. He had to ask the older employee who was the one who lied to our faces and told us we couldn't shoot there after we got there when he initially said we could when. I called in! Epic waste of our time. People like this should not be working at a range.

Wanted to rate 0 if I could! Front desk staff was very unfriendly. Very frustrated, drove 2 hrs there but was denied to enter just because I was not too sure what caliber my gun is? I actually answered correctly it’s 0.38 but she misled me into thinking that’s not correct answer and then I wasn’t sure the answer and she denied me enter. This is the second time (and the last time)I went there. The first time experience was totally differently, I didn’t encountered any issue.

I visited this range a week ago and I brought a friend with zero shooting experience and his brand new rifle. We'll get back to that. The facilities are certainly sufficient. You won't encounter any specific shine or a feeling of "deluxe" here, but it is after all a shooting range that is also quite busy. They have an indoor range for handgun shooting (no Magnum ammo can be used there with the only exception being .22 caliber) that has automated target retrieval systems in place. They also have an outdoor pistol & rifle range. The pistol area outdoors has 12, 25 and 50 yard target distances while the rifle range has benches and the distance is set at 100 yards. The outdoor area operates on 15 monitor shooting intervals followed by brief cease fire periods so the shooters can go inspect and replace targets as needed. In my experience the staff was great! They were respectful but strict about safety rules (thanks for that, I wouldn't really feel safe otherwise) and they were also very helpful and cooperative. As I mentioned in the beginning my friend was a new shooter and had a brand new rifle that needed to be broken in properly, but neither him nor I knew much about how exactly to perform the process. One of the range officers took the time to guide us through it and help us where needed. I honestly did not expect such great service! One thing worth mentioning is that if you get scolded by a range officer it isn't because they get off on that. During our visit there were a couple of patrons who heard the "safety speech" but that was only after they acted in an unsafe manner that was specifically listed as unacceptable in the rules of the facility. If you heard the speech don't be sore about it - you probably did something to deserve it. A couple of recommendations: 1. Wear your ear protection as soon as your leave your car. It is quite loud, even in the parking lot. 2. Take their safety test if you want to get a 40% discount off your lane fee. UPDATE: As of 2017 you CAN'T shoot .223 or 5.56 FMJ ammo at this range. Soft Point or Lead ammo are okay. I believe it has something to do with causing excessive damage to their back wall. Best call in advance if you have high powered, high velocity FMJ ammo. Shotguns okay with slugs only. Bottom line - I'll definitely be back there. It is conveniently placed close to where I live and I get to shoot outdoors, which is a definitely plus in my book.

I just got home from this range. The place is clean despite the near dumpster. Price is very reasonable, just take their range safety test. I made two errors on the test but Michael still allowed me to pass. He just pointed out the correct answers and explain efficiently. If you made a mistake regarding safety issue, they will approach you and correct you politely. I never felt uneasiness at all. I'm sure they can be mean if they felt that you have not been paying attention especially during ceasefires. Read the rules and guidelines before you come here. Be attentive and humble, I'm sure you'll have a good time just like I experienced here today. Michael is the man!
