Sancta Familia Medical Apostolate

Words cannot express how great Sancta Familia is. Everyone single person there is so kind and knowledgeable. You are not just a person; you are a loved human being. They have literally held my hand each step of the way and walk with me through my health journey. I am so blessed to have found them.

My kids have seen Amberly as have I and we think she is great, however the office is very disorganized and the way a nurse spoke to me on the phone yesterday was so rude and unprofessional I don’t think we’ll be back. About 2.5 weeks ago I had a very basic physical to get a medical release for oral surgery scheduled for this coming Monday. My dentist office and I have both gotten different answers every time we call. I was finally transferred to a nurse yesterday who informed me my form has not yet been filled out earlier that morning a receptionist told it had been faxed 3x. I tried to explain why getting this form was urgent and the nurse interrupted me and said with complete annoyance “Are you ready to listen to me now?” I was in complete shock. I then simply asked if she was willing to listen to me and told her I was frustrated by the runaround I’ve gotten. She then responded that if I’m frustrated it’s because I chose to be and it’s not their problem. I told her outright that the way she has spoken to me is sad and completely disappointing. I informed her that I’ll be there to pick up my form tomorrow at 8am. She responded that she doesn’t know when Amberly will be able to get to it it’s only 3 questions & a signature. I told her that’s fine and I’ll wait. She literally groaned on the phone as if my sheer presence in their waiting room was bothersome. So so unprofessional and they lost 3 patients. -Mary F

Teresa Kenney is amazing at this office. She actually listened to my issues when other doctors at other clinics did not. She helped me a lot. I absolutely love Sancta Familia Medical Apostolate. I have seen other drs there too. All have been caring/helpful/listened to me when other clinics did not.

I can speak highly of the medical staff. Unfortunately, the billing department seems a bit scattered, and issues with insurance an ongoing headache. Was informed that my concerns would be looked into, but follow up has been slow going, thus 2 stars

Teresa Kenney is the best there is. She's so knowledgeable, compassionate and knows exactly what to do to change your situation. If only I would have known her 15 years ago.

We have always received the best care from all the doctors and nurses. They are very accommodating and polite. I couldn't recommend each of the doctors more. We feel very lucky to have such wonderful Catholic doctors here in Omaha.

My family and I absolutely love this family practice and the staff are so wonderful. ItWe have been with them for almost 4 years. It doesn't get better than this family practice doctor office. Combined with being a Catholic-faith based medical practice along with the wonderful doctors, nurses and secretary who are so sweet and caring. Same day appointments when available. Its the best experience after having everyone in the family get sick and they are there to help you get better. God absolutely has this practice in His hand's and thank you to all the staff and everyone who supports this doctor office. We really appreciate each one of the staff at Sancta Familia Apostolate.

I’ve been going here ever since I got to Omaha. I talk to Dr. Pierre about many things every time I go in. One definitely feels as if they were a person rather than a patient. It is a relief to hear that we can get medical advice and service without having to worry about the Doctor trying to give us treatment that will go against our conscience! In fact the doctors sometimes inform their patients about the faith, how and why it affects medicine!
