I’m moving from out of state and I had a few days to find an apartment for my husband and I. After telling Sandra what we were looking for in an apartment and neighborhood she was very quick to set up viewings of the perfect places. Sandra did a great job communicating with us, and truly went above and beyond. The apartment search in Houston can be very overwhelming, however her years of experience and familiararity with the area really stream lined the entire process. We are very happy with our apartment choice and very grateful for Sandra’s help. Don’t try to find a place without her help!!!!!
I was moving to Houston from out of town and Sandra was SO helpful. Because I did not know Houston or its areas very well, it was such a blessing to find someone who has so much knowledge of the city. Sandra not only aided me in finding a place to live, but also aided me in how to maneuver the city itself by giving me a tour of the area I was looking to live in. And on top of all of that, she somehow managed to help me get more bang for my buck when it came to my new home. Sandra did such an amazing job and I really feel like I made not only a great connection but also a friend in the city; I would call her again in a heart beat.
Sandra is one of the hardest working realtors I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. She asked a series of questions regarding living expectations and I found a place in TWO DAYS! Flawless execution & exceptional communication are the first things that come to mind! Highly recommend.

She has a really fine sense for her clients' needs and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. Since she grew up in Houston she knows the whole area and all the different neighborhoods like the back of her hand. With her good relationships to different property developers, she is the first who knows about future construction projects. I really liked her effective approach and her efficient functioning: she took the time to work out exactly what we were looking for and then showed us her suggestions.
