Came here to pick up a curbside order. Something was going on with the phone, so I went inside to get my order. Fast transaction I was in and out in 1 minute. No one seemed happy though. The hold time for education is ridiculous! 20+ minutes already and I’m still holding! Smh

I am so glad there is a location nearby. Sign shops wanted to charge me upwards of $50 for a For Lease sign and I bought one here for less than $2. There is a lot of useful supplies here as well.

Kathy Hinds was great to work with. She exceeded my expectations. She catered to my husband and my needs in the short amount of time we had available to look for houses. She spend the entire day showing us properties that met our needs, and the next day relooking at the ones we were interested in plus a few more we added on. Highly recommend for your Realty needs.

HAR, Houston Association of Realtors, has been amazing to me. I have been licensed for about eight years now and have been here to buy signs and other essential real estate items. The support here is superior. I always get a quick response and the staff is friendly.

Brazoria County Board of Realtors is a much better organization as far as member appreciation, client/ public relations, and the members are a lot better people in general as fare as integrity goes. At HAR, all they care about is your money, and it reverberates to most of their members who are the same way. I will not ever join HAR willingly after dealing with their administration, and a lot of their members. HAR is not an association of Realtors, it is just a big scam to get your money. They do not care about character or reputation. At my local Realtor association, our members are trying to maintain a reputation of trust and honesty, among agents and our clients/ public alike. At HAR, don’t turn your back on them or they will be trying to steal you blind- and a lot of their members are the same way.

THIS PLATFORM HAS THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS FEES IN THE INDUSTRY.!! A PROFESSIONAL PERSON CAN NOT ACTIVELY HOLD 2 DESIGNATIONS WITHOUT BEING TRIPLE CHARGED TO USE THE EXACT SAME PLATFORM. THEN YOU ARE DOUBLE CHARGED TO USE MLS. IF YOU ARE A REALTOR YOU HAVE TO HAVE 1 LOG IN AS REALTOR, PAY THE $469 AND PAY THE QUARTERLY MLS FEES. IF YOU ARE ALSO AN APPRAISER YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SECOND LOG IN AS A BROKER, EVEN THOUGH YOUR NOT A BROKER , AND PAY AN ADDITIONAL $1,087.00 FOR THAT LOGIN AND PAY ADDITIONAL MLS QUARTERLY FEES FOR THAT LOGIN. IT IS THE EXACT SAME PLATFORM. REALTOR OR APPRAISER IT IS THE SAME PLATFORM. WHY CANT THERE BE A COMBINED FEE THAT IS LESS THAN $1556.00 A YEAR FOR HAR AND $893 FOR MLS TO ACCOMODATE PROFESSIONALS VERSES TAKING MORE MONEY FOR THE EXACT SAME PLATFORM? THE HAR REPRESENTATIVE SUGGESTED PUTTING ONE LICENSE IN IN-ACTIVE STATUS TO AVOID FEES. SO I SPEND ALL THIS TIME AND MONEY ON EDUCATION TO BE TOLD I SHOULD LET A LICENSE GO OR ACCEPT BEING UNFAIRLY CHARGED. AFTER FILING MY COMPLAINTS WITH TREC AND TALCB I FOUND MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED WITH TREC AND TALCB AND THESES ENTITIES ARE TAKING MEASURES TO LOOK INTO THESE UNSCRUPULOUS CHARGES.
