A passionate professional. My husband and I are seasoned buyers who decided to depart Manhattan for the New Jersey Palisades. Much of our homeowner experience didn't translate across the Hudson, so Thank God we found Sandra. She expertly saw us through one bad transaction, until we finally found the right property. Aside from being the ultimate professional, she wholeheartedly cares. Moreover the cost for her legal counsel were reasonable. For example, she went above and beyond to assist the Seller's counsel to resolve an seller-related issue. The day of the closing, again she commanded another situation involving the Seller...she was the only reason we (the purchasers) were able to close. I used Sandra for my first ever real estate purchase. I have to say it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend her. I found Sandra very easy to work with and very responsive. She was up front with her fees and I was charged like we originally agreed with no hidden costs or extra payments. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and a wonderful person. We used Sandra for both the sale and purchase transactions. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we highly recommend her. My wife and I are not well experienced in real estate transactions (this was the 1st time we sold and 2nd time we bought). Sandra made extra efforts to ensure we were comfortable and understood everything we were committing to. It was quite clear from the beginning that she knew her stuff. We met a few other lawyers before deciding on Sandra and one of the key deciding factors was that we didn't want the other party of the transaction to have Sandra representing them against us :) Real estate is never easy - at one point, we were considering purchasing a short sale and again Sandra provided great guidance through that process as well. She understands the local real estate market well and we she was more than happy to provide us much needed insight when key decision points in the transactions arose. Her expertise in negotiating was often on display, particularly in her responses to inspection / closing credits (on both sale and buy). Her carefully crafted responses and strong efforts saved us quite a bit of money. Finally, we also wanted to know that Sandra was very up front with her fees and we were charged as agreed. Overall, we found Sandra very easy to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend her and most definitely use her again in the future. As a related note, we also use Marge Crimmons as a realtor on both transactions. They make an excellent team - great balance and excellent advice.

Sandra is a true professional! She always had our best interests in mind. Knowing you have someone looking out for you really makes a difference to a first time home buyer. We cannot thank Sandra enough for all of the hard work!

Sandra is a great attorney for real estate. I had a very difficult closing on a property in Union City, NJ, and Sandra worked with me through the process full answering questions and persistently negotiating to make the deal happen. Thank you Sandra, I love my new house and I wouldn't have it without all of your hard work!
