Just like Mom used to make! If you like small hometown places, this is perfect.

Great home cooked meals buffet-style with a rotating menu. They are now closed on Mondays. If you want a small, southern-style eatery this is the one. I recommend going on Wednesday because I especially love their chicken and dumplings.

Good Blue Plate Buffet. If you want linen tablecloths and outstanding service don't go here. You got Serve Yourself, and can eat all you want of everything except for the days meat of choice. Been there 40 years, and I've been doing 27. She must be doing something right.

The atmosphere is a little busy, so make sure you have at least an hour for lunch. It's a buffet style lunch, but you cannot eat all you want. You can only take one meat portion for your $8.25 debit card price or $7.50 cash price. You can have more of the sides. Unsweetened tea is the only drink offered and they put a pitcher of it on your table. Also provide sugar and Sweet & Low. Very Southern.

A great old fashioned industrial lunch place. The food is a classic southern style meat and vegetable buffet. The building is certainly vintage. By the time you have finished lunch you'll be friends with manager, looking forward to your next lunch.

Stopped in our road trip. Country Fried Steak was moist and tender, my daughter wanted a few. Great Southern food with a local flare. A great change of pace.

Been eating here 30 years or more and it never fails to please. I call it a working man's eatery: lots of delicious belly-filling Southern-style food. Avoid only if you're on a diet.

I'm so thankful for Sandy Woods and Sandy's Homeplace Cafe! It is the best comfort food in Arkansas! I love the Chicken and Dumplings and the Chicken Fried Steak. I can't get enough!

We have been eating at Sandy's for years. If you are looking for a place to eat that offers fine dining you are in the wrong place. But if you want consistent, excellent home cooked food. This is the place to go to.
