The studio is in the most gorgeous setting - wooded and tranquil, with a beautiful aesthetic - and provides a fitting backdrop for the wonderful energy of the owner, Amanda. The programs on offer are creative and collaborative, with Amanda bringing in instructors from all kinds of disciplines and with a huge variety of expertise. Amanda also offers Thai Yoga sessions that are gentle yet effective. You won't go wrong attending any program held at Santosha!

Amanda's carefully curated zen studio is perfect for transformative events and workshops. I have been hosting a monthly moon circle here for the past year and have nothing but wonderful, glowing experiences. The space is warm and inviting, beautifully stocked, and is situated overlooking forest trails.

This studio is beyond Amazing! From the time I first step into this space nothing but good vibes. I introduced my close group of friends and family to celebrate mediation and Yin yoga back in November. This class was led by Amanda, who not to mention has a wonderful calm voice. Santosha is an oasis in the city. It is such a special space, both in the location amidst a forest of lush trees, but also centrally located, and in the people who attend. The owner, Amanda, has created a wonderful place that draws intellectually curious and empathetic souls. I have attended numerous events, both the Santosha sponsored events New Moon Circle, Cacao and the Pranakriya modules for my 500RYT, and everything has been enriching and inspiring. Amanda has created an incredibly serene and restorative space, set aside from the frenzied pace of the world -- a perfect match for her calming, centering demeanor. Santosha is an ideal destination for meditation, yoga and Thai bodywork.

YTT with Vlad has been inviting and inspirational. His experience, poise, professionalism, and encouraging nature has been instrumental in learning how to become a well rounded and present yoga teacher. I am grateful for his dedication and advice as I move forward in this personal journey, along with the sense of community and togetherness instilled in our class.

I am a little over halfway through the Pranakriya 200 hour YTT training with Vladimir, and it has been a truly transformational experience. The training is well designed to help you deepen your personal practice as well as to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to lead your own classes. Vlad and all of the assistants are incredibly nurturing and supportive. I'm so thankful I signed up for this!
