Met with the Total Wellness Solutions family today and had a wonderful experience. I went in for a red light therapy treatment but also got to speak with the doctors about some gut issues I have been having and set up a chiropractic appointment for some back pain I’m having for next week! I look forward to this more natural holistic approach since my current doctor hasn’t been able to help with my issues! It was nice to have someone that I truly felt like cared about fixing my current issues!

I just saw Dr. Melissa Arnold for the first time this morning, I was greeted by a warm team of professionals that genuinely seem concerned about my well-being, my treatment plan was laid out and it sounds great. After an adjustment, I feel so much better than when I went in this morning. After exhausting countless treatments like acupuncture, dry needling, physical therapy, epidurals, massage and prescription drugs I had surgery scheduled for spinal fusion. Over the course of a couple years, I put on 40 pounds due, in part, to needing two hip replacements. I noticed even after the surgeries I still had pain in other joints. I started the Trust Your Gut program to clean out my system, identify foods that were causing my body problems, and to lose the weight. I won't lie, the first week or so was a little tough as my body was acclimating. But even then, I noticed that I didn't have the cravings that I was used to battling. That was amazing to me because I have quite the sweet tooth! My joints slowly and steadily got less painful and my body started moving with more ease. I also noticed improvements in my digestion, sinuses and energy level. At approximately the 10 week mark I had lost 19 pounds. To my amazement, it hadn't been an endless struggle fighting hunger. The program is very simple and mostly easy to follow - no pills, just a daily tincture, a morning shake and normal, healthy food. Combined with red light therapy, I was able to bring my visceral fat the really bad kind under your muscles around your organs down 2 points to the healthy range. My numbers are improving and I'm still losing weight working the gut health program. Soon, I'll be ready for the wellness program.

Love Love Love my red light therapy and Total Wellness Solutions! The vibe is welcoming there and the red light bed is my weekly vacation! It is a mood lifter that is great for relieving all the stress we bottle up. My brown spots lighten up and I swear, smile lines are disappearing. Plus, the gut health system works and there is so much more healing offered. A definite must for wellness and healing! I love the owners and the red light bed!! 10 stars!!

I had pulled my back last night. My son had an appointment today. They were so sweet to work me in the schedule. My pain level was a 9. I walked out pain free. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone who is in pain.

I loved this place and these people. First off the fact that they would even see me knowing that I am not from the area and would not be an established patient was amazing! From the very moment I walked in rhe door they made me feel welcomed. After my adjustment I felt sooo much better. So grateful for them and them sharing their healing talents with others.
