After recently moving to the area, I visited Serenity Life Wellness for an hour massage. I was quite impressed with the professionalism and expertise of my Massage Therapist, Jaclynn; she clearly knew the techniques of her practice--neuro-muscular, deep tissue, effective stretching, and sports massage, among others--and she easily identified problem/painful areas and relieved the stress. While I was expecting relaxation, Jaclynn provided much more personalized, expert, pain-and-stress relief than I ever anticipated. Probably the best massage I've received to date. I came with tendinitis in my wrist that was preventing me from doing handstands and other physical activities. After 2 sessions the pain was gone! Highly recommend.
