Nope - never again.  Soooo slow.  The ladies at the counters were more concerned about making small talk with the customers than they were with the MANY individuals standing in line waiting to check out.  Also, very confusing layout to know where you stand to wait for checkout and of course, the employees are more focused on socializing than customer service.

Love this store normally as its usually a great place to find odd little knick knacks or gifts but couldn't even find a proper "Baby's First Christmas" ornament this year for my daughter. Very dissapointed.

This is a Hallmark store and Boutique. Allow  yourself time to look around. There are so many wonderful items here.
